Appuntamento preso con fatica al telefono con il centro a Firenze, nessun messaggio di conferma (come promesso), attesa di 6 settimane per vedere un dermatologo. Mi presento all'appuntamento stamattina.. il dottore addirittura era assente oggi ma forse ancora peggio.. il mio appuntamento inesistente. Una mattina di lavoro persa per nulla. DA EVITARE !!!! The LESS professional place I have ever been. Appointment made with difficulty on the phone with the center in Florence, no confirmation message (as promised), waiting 6 weeks to see a dermatologist. I show up for the appointment this morning .. the doctor was even absent today but perhaps even worse .. my appointment does not exist. A morning of work lost for nothing. TO AVOID !!!!

Io le Evidenzio che lapp e il loro sistema erano identici, quindi se lei avesse inserito CORRETTAMENTE I DATI ANAGRAFICI, non ci sarebbe e stato alcun problema. Da come mi ha detto, si sono già presentate situazioni che hanno commesso degli errori per questo mi ha fatto capire che lei non volesse prenotarmi. La sua spiegazione è stata chiara, ma se io cliente chiedo un appuntamento non mi si può rispondere vada sull'applicazione. Suggerisco un pochina di pazienza in più con il cliente. In un momento dove tutti si deve stare attenti a tutto non mi sembra accettabile. Dovrebbe esserci un altro ingresso o dovrebbero prendere gli appuntamenti lontani dalle altre prestazioni. Peccato, altrimenti la mia opinione sarebbe stata totalmente buona.
