A seguito di mia richiesta telefonica, mi hanno assicurato che se avessi loro fornito i miei dati via mail avrebbero provveduto a inviarmi tutto quanto prima. Così non è stato. Darei zero, ma purtroppo non è possibile.
Absolutely bad. At the analysis laboratory in Cupra Marittima they failed to provide me with the credentials for online access to the report. Following my telephone request, they assured me that if I provided them with my details by email they would send everything to me as soon as possible. This was not the case. I would give zero, but unfortunately it is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto validi. Effettuata prenotazione telefonica per tampone rapido, mi sono presentato il giorno e all’ora concordati, eseguito il test, mi hanno fornito le credenziali online e dopo 2 ore avevo il referto in mano. Costo: 25 euro. Onesti.
Very good. I made a telephone reservation for a quick swab, I showed up on the agreed day and time, performed the test, they provided me with online credentials and after 2 hours I had the report in my hand. Cost: 25 euros. Honest.
