O al tartufo.

Gli ingredienti sono di prima scelta, la lavorazione artigianale, gnocchi fatti a mano (da patate sbucciate a mano) come pure le olive che sono le più buone della zona! Buona scelta di prodotti, ampia varietà anche per i vegetariani (squisiti i ravioli ricotta e spinaci, ricotta e funghi, ricotta e radicchio, come pure le olive e lasagne vegetariane!). I proprietari sono gentili e d'estate può capitare di dover attendere un po' , ma è comprensibile vista la mole di lavoro extra!
Fresh pasta excellent quality! The ingredients are first choice, the craftsmanship, hand-made gnocchi (from peeled potatoes by hand) as well as the olives that are the best in the area! Good choice of products, wide variety also for vegetarians (exquisite ricotta and spinach ravioli, ricotta and mushrooms, ricotta and radicchio, as well as olives and vegetarian lasagna!). The owners are friendly and in summer we may have to wait a bit ', but it is understandable given the extra workload!
