★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto altre esperienze da dietologi, ma nessuna di questa ha portato a dei risultati duraturi perché tutte le diete elaborate si basavano solo su un mero calcolo di calorie. La Dott.ssa Licciardi mi ha fatto conoscere ed apprezzare la figura del nutrizionista, ho trovato in lei una guida che pian piano mi ha portato ad avere piena coscienza di ciò che vuol dire nutrirsi in modo corretto.
Non ho solo ritrovato una forma migliore, ma ho risolto tanti problemi che erano legati a dei modi di mangiare totalmente sbagliati, ma dei quali non avevo assolutamente coscienza.
 I had other experiences as a dietitian, but none of these led to lasting results because all the processed diets were based only on a mere calculation of calories. Dr. Licciardi introduced me to and appreciated the figure of the nutritionist, I found in her a guide that gradually led me to become fully aware of what it means to eat properly.
I not only found a better shape, but I solved many problems that were related to totally wrong eating habits, but of which I had absolutely no conscience.
