Massima professionalità soprattutto tramite assistenza whatsapp. Difficilmente lascio recensioni ma sono stati cordialissimi. Il tutto senza nemmeno scendere dall’auto (formula drive-in fantastica). Lo stesso pomeriggio ho ricevuto il referto via email. Puntualità, efficienza e gentilezza del personale. Consigliatissimo! I booked three molecular swabs (translated into English) for 8:00 in the morning. At 8:05 we had already left. All without even getting out of the car (fantastic drive-in formula). The same afternoon I received the report via email. Punctuality, efficiency and kindness of the staff. Highly recommended!

Attendo da due giorni l'email di conferma appuntamento , non rispondete ne al telefono ne all'email ne su whatsapp.Nel frattempo non ho chiamato nessun altro per non trovarmi nella situazione di dover pagare due volte un molecolare (70€) e alla fine il giorno dell'appuntento non si presenta nessuno. Molto professionali ! It is shameful how you manage domiciles. I have been waiting for the appointment confirmation email for two days, do not answer the phone or email or whatsapp.In the meantime I have not called anyone else so as not to find myself in the situation of having to pay twice a molecular (70 €) and in the end on the day of the appointment nobody shows up. Non ho mai ricevuto l'email di conferma, e non sono riuscito a contattare telefonicamente qualcuno, nonostante 34 minuti di attesa. Il numero whatsapp non è facilmente consultabile. Il tampone non l'ho mai eseguito, ho atteso qualche giorno in più e per miracolo sono stato contattato dall'usca. Però avrei gradito almeno una chiamata o un'email di chiarimento. Niente. Peccato I had booked, out of necessity, a home molecular swab for last Saturday 8 January. I never received the confirmation email, and I was unable to contact anyone by phone, despite a 34 minute wait. The whatsapp number is not easy to consult. I never performed the swab, I waited a few more days and by a miracle I was contacted by the USCA. But I would have appreciated at least a call or an email for clarification. Anything. Pity
