Onde d’urto per spina calcaneare: un trattamento veloce (2minuti) ho sentito una leggera scossa di un secondo e poi più nulla. Scarsa considerazione solo diversi inviti a prenotare le sedute successive. 92€ Dopo una settimana mi sono rivolta ad un’altra struttura sempre convenzionata, per lo stesso trattamento ed è stato molto più efficace con una durata di 10 minuti ( 3 frequenze distinte in 3 cicli di circa 2/3 minuti ciascuno) accompagnato da un forte fastidio ma sopportabile, accuratezza da parte dell’operatore e spendendo 60€ Mi chiedo come possa essere possibile una tale differenza Well organized structure, staff dedicated to the very kind welcome I cannot say the same for the lady who practiced the treatment for me. Zero empatia nei confronti della paziente. Ammirabile la gentilezza e disponibilità degli addetti all' accoglienza della struttura. Sono anni che mi reco da loro quando ho bisogno di fare un esame a pagamento e mi sono sempre trovata bene, forse è la prima volta che mi reco mandata da un appuntamento cup, e mi sentivo persino fortunata. Ma si vede che se non paghi non ricevi lo stesso trattamento! È stato un incubo, un ora fuori ad aspettare al freddo tanto che mi è venuto mal di gola. 2 persone all' accoglienza si sono scambiate nel frattempo e tutte e 2 continuavano a rassicurarmi di stare in disparte che mi avrebbero chiamata. Al punto in cui mi sono resa conto che mi stavano passando avanti appuntamenti di seguito al mio mi sono lamentata, ma la signora all' accoglienza era persino scocciata..e fin qui..il problema più grosso e che quando finalmente sono riuscita a raggiungere l' accettazione mi è stato poi detto da chi mi doveva eseguire la tac che ormai era tardi e non me l' avrebbe più fatta. Quando ho fatto presente che in realtà io ero arrivata mezz' ora prima dell' orario ma sono stata ignorata fuori al freddo hanno fatto passare avanti gli appuntamenti seguenti e mi è stato detto che semmai a me mi avrebbero visto quando avevano in minutino. Spero di non dover piu avere bisogno di voi in vita mia.. This morning I go to do the CT scan in this institute. I've been going to them for years when I need to take a paid exam and I've always enjoyed it, maybe it's the first time I've been sent by a cup appointment, and I even felt lucky. But you can see that if you don't pay, you don't get the same treatment! It was a nightmare, an hour out waiting in the cold so much that I got a sore throat. 2 people at the reception exchanged in the meantime and all 2 kept reassuring me to stay on the sidelines that they would call me. At the point where I realized they were passing me on appointments following mine I was complained, but the lady at the reception was even annoyed .. and so far .. the biggest problem is that when I finally managed to reach acceptance I was then told by those who had to perform the scan that it was now late and he would never do it again. When I pointed out that in reality I had arrived half an hour before the time but I was ignored outside in the cold they put on the following appointments and I was told that if anything they would see me when they had in the minute. I hope I don't need you anymore in my life ..
A	Alexandre Gorine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usiamo Biomedical di Pra da tanti anni e sempre funziona tutto bene, personale è molto gentile, professionale ed efficiente! Però adesso c'è un problema in area di prelievi - abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 3 ore sotto il sole ed insieme con tanta gente per fare un prelievo di sangue. Per qualche motivo non è possibile prenotare un prelievo per mail/telefonando anche se questo è fattibile per un appuntamento con un medico o un esame. Quindi per forza bisogna venire per prendere un talloncino e poi aspettare per ore in coda. Questo approccio era accettabile prima del Covid (per un minor numero dei prelievi) ma adesso sarebbe molto utile prevedere anche la possibilità di prenotazione telematica di un prelievo (inoltre evitando così un affollamento di decine di persone in entrata dell'edificio). We have been using Biomedical di Pra for many years and everything always works well, staff is very kind, professional and efficient! But now there is a problem in the sampling area - we had to wait almost 3 hours in the sun and together with a lot of people to do a blood sample. For some reason it is not possible to book a withdrawal by mail / phone even if this is feasible for an appointment with a doctor or an exam. So you have to come to get a slip and then wait for hours in the queue. This approach was acceptable before Covid (for a lower number of withdrawals) but now it would be very useful to also provide for the possibility of electronic booking of a withdrawal (thus avoiding a crowding of dozens of people entering the building).

Ci vado da anni e continuerò anche in futuro The best of the best. Courtesy, efficiency, professionalism are the strengths. No difference in treatment between CUP and private bookings. What else to say? I have been going there for years and will continue in the future as well
