Ho trovato un ambiente piacevole, una professionista che ha saputo interpretare al meglio le mie richieste (Ilaria) e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del risultato, naturale ma deciso. Confermo, inoltre, che i prodotti che usano soprattutto per il colore sono naturali e non presentano l'odore spiacevole e forte delle tinte "chimiche". Consigliato. Sono andata per tagliare i capelli e valutare un cambio colore, mi è stato proposto uno schiarimento che ho accettato, ma non mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe costato 100€ nonostante abbia commentato che 35€ per un altro trattamento proposto era tanto. Ho chiesto una piega riccia, dopo due tentativi andati a vuoto (ovvero senza neanche un boccolo formato nonostante io sia riccia) ho dovuto ripiegare su una piega liscia che mi è anche stata fatta pagare. Il taglio è carino ma ho notato che la parrucchiera tende a fare sempre le stesse cose: taglio scalato, schiariture, piega liscia. Se si punta ad altro non so se è all'altezza. On average satisfied. Ilaria è stata fantastica! Mi ha convinta già da quando sono andata a parlare per spiegare la situazione. Una volta lì ha tagliato 2 cm PER DAVVERO e ha eseguito un balayage fantastico sul mio colore un po' particolare che i parrucchieri precedenti hanno rovinato o non hanno saputo gestire. Inoltre avevo i capelli impicciati e secchi e grazie ad un trattamento con il vapore quando passo le dita in mezzo non si incastrano tra i nodi. Giulia è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Le due ragazze super professionali. Per la prima volta non sono uscita arrabbiata o delusa, ma tutto il contrario! Lo consiglio vivamente.
