Really satisfied from the staff working in it. If there would be a possibility to put 10 stars, I would put them all to assess the professionalism and the best doctors I found there.

A very positive experience. Booking an appointment was easy, though it took a few tries to get through as the online system wasn't working. The hospital is modern and well-organised and the English-speaking specialist was extremely professional. The operation was scheduled quickly and the whole process of pre-hospitalization tests and admission was very clearly explained. On the ward the rooms were clean and there were a lot of nurses (and student nurses, as this is a teaching hospital) who were incredibly kind with a positive attitude day and night. Overall, I'd happily recommend this hospital to anybody. The only negative was the difficulty of getting the WiFi code!!

I'm honestly disappointed, I was trying to contact them and no one answered. Me and my husband we did PCR -test on the 11th because im travelling on the 13th in the drive-in , representing our documents and even attached the flight tickets, he got the results yesterday and im still waiting. My flight is in few hours , and still got nothing , trying to call them without getting any answer , and the validity of the pcr-test is only 48h with this airline. So here we're risking to miss our flight , plus if we do so we have to do again the pcr test both of us and pay 130 euro for both !!!!! This is not acceptable at all !

I do not understand the system which is guided by this Campus. I have appointment for a fixed, right hour, I come before the time (around 1.5 hour before) and what do I see, waiting for me a queue of several hundred people to different specialists and I have to wait with the ticket in hand to be able to go up to my doctor's specialist since I have already appointment! Was missed a bit and we wouldn't have been on time just because all people must wait for their turn at the same window to pay. This is the best! Pay! They don't care if u gonna be on time to the specialist ..

I am one of their covid patient and I am grateful that they've brought me here.. All of the nurses and doctors are gentle, kind, caring and very professionals..I am so grateful to them for their sincerity and for taking care of me.. And everyone speaks English... I felt the love and care from them.. I wish them all the best and may God give them all the strength and protect them from the virus because their work was really hard.. I am not Italian but they treat me like I am not different and I'm so touched.. Thank you for taking care of me and not only me but everyone.. GODBLESS YOU ALL... ? ?

From the moment you enter the structure of the campus, you can breathe a different harmony from the other hospitals that most Italians, or rather Romans, are used to. The reception is certainly more warm and "modern" in the sense of being in step with the times, the staff is on average young and motivated (perhaps also due to the fact that being in a university contributes to this). Furthermore (here I am speaking from my personal experience) I have always had to deal with competent and decisive medical prsonnel . A step forward in Italy. thank you

Good hospital, they treated me with dignity, kindness and respect. My health condition were explained to me in a way that I can understand, especially the gynecology department for my operation last April 2021. Thank you so much for your kindness and proffesionalism, Proff. Roberto Angioli and his staff, Dr. Fabio Costa- anesthetist, Dr.ssa Cristina Fasulo- Anest.privilegi, Dr.ssa Silvagni Adele, all the nurses and all the staff of recovery dept. of 2 Est.

Update: Thank you for the response Campus employee. This is actually what I expect that the employees there should tell me instead of just getting told '''that is the situation we understand...''. Therefore I see a lot of potentials to improve the operational processes and organization from a management point of view. Anyway thanks for the response and I will send the email. Response from Hospital: Sign up for free to “My-Hospital” Program to take advantage of the online payment for all bookings (except for insured patients) - Original Post - I am giving 1 Star only due to the inefficiency of the campus in regards to the Accettazione and Appointments (private-paid). I took an appointment at 11 and arrived even 10min earlier taking in consideration necessary COVID checks & appointment acceptance (Accettazione). Issues encountered: - Long waiting line in front of the terminal for the Accettazione (10min waiting) - Long waiting time for the accettazione itself - took the ticket for the Accettazione at 11:00 AM but had to wait till 11:45 AM (45min waiting) - Appointment - took the appointment at 11 but actually arrived at the doctors office at 11:50 AM (50min after the appointment) - Waiting time in front of the doctors office, is ok as I assume others encountered the same issue (15min) - TOTAL Waiting time for a private PAID appointment: 70min I assume the hospital prefers to have private customers but as a customer this isn't acceptable to wait 70min, specifically for paid visits. I told the doctor about this but the doctor just told me that this is the situation and that is it. would have liked at least that they would have taken the complaint and communicated that to their management. It seems that is a normal situation like this. Myself in the private industry, I won't be able to deal with my customers like this, otherwise i would loose them. I understand the public health sector is different but still we way tax, pay even with our private money and don't get the service level we should actually get. The people are professional and friendly and this is the only reason i will return but otherwise never again...
