Cosa dire,dopo due giorni dal bonifico la bici è arrivata a casa con corriere perfettamente imballata e perfetta in tutte le sue parti,con manuale e scheda tecnica... Sono veramente soddisfatto e consiglireo' questo negozio anche ai miei amici. Dopo aver fatto notare loro il problema intervengono con un ritiro e a distanza di qualche giorno, senza scusarsi per l' accaduto, erogano un rimborso parziale trattenendo arbitrariamente il 6% della spesa totale da me affrontata. Ovviamente ho segnalato l' accaduto ad una associazione dei consumatori. Bad experience, buy elsewhere. They sent me a product with different characteristics from those described on the site. S	Simone Giliberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio post vendita da truffatori, dovevo fare il reso di un articolo perchè acquistata la taglia sbagliata, mi vengono fornite delle istruzioni con l'indirizzo per il reso errato, il pacco quindi ritorna indietro; contatto allora il servizio clienti che, rispondendo con una frequenza di due sillabe al giorno, organizza un ritiro con corriere direttamente a casa mia. Per finire mi vengono arbitrariamente detratti 9 euro dal rimborso, e ci tengo a precisare che le spese di spedizione per il reso le ho pagate a parte. Evitate se non siete sicuri al 100% di quello che dovete acquistare.
