Ce ne fossero di più. Chi invece fa pietà è la Wind che i consulenti telefonici (155) sono sempre troppo occupati per rispondere! Viene la voglia di cambiare gestore!!!Andrea anche quando lo trovo al Centro commerciale Cospea è un collaboratore sollecito, premuroso e molto capace. Auguro alla Wind di tenerselo stretto e valorizzarlo. Vale anche per le collaboratrici donne!!!Ci sono stata anche questa mattina! Confermo quanto già recensito ed aggiungo che operatori siffatti sono l'unica vera risorsa per Wind e l'unica motivazione che mi tiene ancora legata a questo operatore telefonico!!! Operators Camilla, Federica, Anita and Andrea are extremely kind, helpful and prompt, unlike those on the station avenue. There were more. The one who pities is Wind, the telephone consultants (155) are always too busy to answer! The desire to change manager comes !!! Andrea, even when I find him at the Cospea shopping center, is a solicitous, caring and very capable collaborator. I wish Wind to keep it close and enhance it. It also applies to female collaborators !!! I was there this morning too! I confirm what has already been reviewed and add that such operators are the only real resource for Wind and the only motivation that still keeps me tied to this telephone operator !!!
G	Gioia Cianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile ma dopo 2 settimane e mezzo mi ritrovo ancora ad aspettare un telefono che avevo portato in sostituzione dopo solo 5 giorni dall'acquisto (per problemi di fabbrica); mi era stato detto che l'attesa sarebbe stata massimo di 6 giorni. Ad oggi non sanno dirmi quando il mio telefono arriverà. Staff polite and helpful but after 2 and a half weeks I still find myself waiting for a phone that I had brought in replacement after only 5 days from the purchase (for factory problems); I was told that the wait would be a maximum of 6 days. To date they can't tell me when my phone will arrive.
