Ho chiesto informazioni tramite chat whatsapp come consigliatomi quando li ho chiamati. Risposte lentissime e ogni volta dovevo insistere per farmele mandare. Morale della favola , i telai a cui ero interessato nel frattempo ovviamente li hanno venduti ...aspetto ancora risposta per il gruppo.., mai arrivata,. Ovviamente mi sono rivolto ad altri negozi..se aspettavo loro.....non si trattano cosi potenziali clienti.... Unprofessional. I would have liked to buy a frame and groupset advertised on their site. I asked for information via whatsapp chat as recommended when I called them. Very slow responses and every time I had to insist on getting them sent. Moral of the story, the frames in which I was interested in the meantime obviously have sold them ... I am still waiting for an answer for the group .., never arrived. Obviously I turned to other shops .. if I was expecting them ..... they don't treat potential customers like that ....

Il 29 ottobre ho ordinato in questo negozio due biciclette da bambino, una mtb 24 pollici usata ed una bici da corsa 20 pollici nuova. Dopo un mese sono riuscito a prendere la mtb, che doveva essere revisionata, ma di revisionato non aveva niente, solo gomme e manopole nuove, non si sono degnati neanche di lavarla! Ieri, dopo oltre due mesi finalmente ho ritirato la bici da corsa che doveva essere NUOVA!!!!!! Ma invece ha dei componenti visibilmente usati! Addirittura la vite del collarino reggisella e le viti che tengono la corona sulla pedivella sono arrugginite!!!Quando ho chiesto di farmi almeno 50 euro di sconto mi hanno detto che il prezzo era stato pattuito prima e non potevo ritrattarlo, quindi la signora alla cassa ha affermato con tono quasi intimidatorio " non ti resta che pagare".MA LA BICICLETTA DOVEVA ESSERE NUOVA!!! Sentite queste parole, visto che avevo con me i miei figli, ho preferito non discutere, ho pagato la cifra pattuita e ce ne siamo andati. VERGOGNA! Metto una stella sulla recensione perché è il minimo, altrimenti sarebbero state 0! THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN !!!! On October 29th I ordered two children's bicycles, a used 24 inch mountain bike and a new 20 inch racing bike from this shop. After a month I managed to take the mtb, which had to be overhauled, but it had nothing overhauled, only new tires and grips, they didn't even deign to wash it! Yesterday, after more than two months I finally picked up the racing bike which had to be NEW !!!!!! But instead it has visibly used components! Even the screw of the seat clamp and the screws that hold the crown on the crank are rusty !!! When I asked for at least 50 euros discount they told me that the price had been agreed before and I could not retract it, so the lady at the cashier he said with an almost intimidating tone "you just have to pay". BUT THE BICYCLE HAD TO BE NEW !!! Hear these words, since I had my children with me, I preferred not to argue, I paid the agreed amount and we left. SHAME! I put a star on the review because it is the minimum, otherwise it would have been 0!
