★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible d'obtenir le changement de date d'un billet car le monsieur au guichet nous répétait que pour cela il nous fallait des billets à échanger. Billets que nous lui avons mis sous le nez, sur nos téléphone. Aucun service client.
It was impossible to get the change of date of a ticket because the gentleman at the ticket office told us that for that we needed tickets to exchange. Tickets we put him under the nose, on our phone. No customer service.

Not recommended as a transport company. Travel to Puglia worse than a pilgrimage. Rude and rude drivers. Never again!

Il signor D'Oca Salvatore ed il signor Borgarello Giovanni che solo con un sorriso ed immensa gentilezza ci hanno aiutati a risolvere un problema che si era verificato e loro con grande pazienza ci hanno trovato l'errore.. Purtroppo di queste persone se ne trovano davvero poche..Signor Salvatore e Giovanni.. rimanete sempre così..
