Recentemente, per motivi di lavoro, siamo stati costretti ad annullare la prenotazione di un viaggio, al quale avevamo aggiunto un'assicurazione consigliataci in agenzia, e in poche settimane abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso, grazie alla gestione professionale della problematica. Più che consigliato! Maximum professionalism. P	PIT BAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza che mai più rifarei!!! In occasione di ferragosto 2020 ci hanno rifilato un hotel scarso e fatiscente, spacciandolo per un Eden Village. In più veniamo a conoscenza dei prezzi notevolmente più alti che abbiamo pagato ( oltre 1500€ a famiglia in più). Premetto che essendo 4 famiglie per un totale di 16 pax, tutti clienti ( ora EX) , abbiamo sin da subito esposto gli innumerevoli disagi causati dalla agenzia: cibo scarso e limitato, hotel senza animazione, struttura vecchia, camerieri scortesi, supplemento extra volutamente non comunicati in fase di prenotazione, etc, etc. Conclusione SOLDI RUBATI, FERRAGOSTO E VACANZE ROVINATE!! Bad experience that I would never do again !!! On the occasion of mid-August 2020, they gave us a sparse and dilapidated hotel, passing it off as an Eden Village. In addition, we learn of the considerably higher prices we paid (over € 1500 per family more). I state that being 4 families for a total of 16 pax, all customers (now EX), we immediately exposed the innumerable inconveniences caused by the agency: scarce and limited food, hotel without entertainment, old structure, rude waiters, extra supplement deliberately not communicated during the booking process, etc, etc. Conclusion STOLEN MONEY, AUGUST AND RUINED HOLIDAYS !!
