My wife and I parked here on a Saturday afternoon and told them that We needed to pick up our car the next day, Sunday, at 10am. I even pointed to the day on a calendar told him the date and wrote it down on a form they had me fill out. The next day when we arrived they were closed and there was no way to call them or anything.
Luckily we were able to go to the hotel across the street who shares the parking space with them and they were able to call the parking garage owners to ask them to come let us have our car. They agreed, but the earliest they could come open the parking area was 8:30 that evening.
