Esperienza pessima e da non ripetere mai piu'. Gestione post vendita da parte del proprietaro (saccente e presuntuoso) a dir poco disgustosa e poco corretta. Dopo aver portato per ben due volte a rifare la piega al pantalone in quanto la prima volta era stata eseguita in modo errato sono stato liquidato con testuali parole " la piega e' stata eseguita a regola d'arte" . Credetemi non ci ha messo mano per ben due volte mi ha preso solo in giro. Sicuramente da evitare per le prossime spese. In risposta al proprietario, non la voglio mortificare ulteriormente pubblicando le foto del pantalone in cui Γ© palese l'errore. Mi sarei aspettato da parte sua sinceritΓ  e disponibilitΓ  soprattutto in quanto nuovo cliente ma mi rendo conto che probabilmente questo Γ¨ il suo modo di lavorare. Le auguro di trattare i clienti come ha falsamente dichiarato di fare nella sua risposta. Saluti, a non rivederci .
Bad experience and never to be repeated again. After-sales management by the owner (know-it-all and presumptuous) nothing short of disgusting and incorrect. After having twice brought the crease to the trousers again as the first time it was done incorrectly, I was dismissed with the textual words "the fold was done in a workmanlike manner". Believe me he didn't put his hand to it twice, he just made fun of me. Definitely to be avoided for the next expenses. In response to the owner, I do not want to mortify her further by posting the photos of the trousers in which the error is evident. I would have expected from your part sincerity and availability especially as a new customer but I realize that this is probably his way of working. I wish you to treat customers as you falsely claimed to do in your reply. Greetings, not to see us again.
