Però il sistema bibliotecario funziona! Rude by telephone. However, it depends on the people. Ditto media library! Mi trovavo bene e sono sempre andato d'accordo con tutti: il bibliotecario è molto gentile e disponibile. Recentemente hanno assunto un nuovo portiere decisamente scortese e scontroso. Sono stato ripreso perché ho posizionato la bicicletta comunale in un angolino subito dopo l'ingresso per quei 2 minuti necessari per restituire i libri presi in prestito e ritirare quelli prenotati, consuetudine consolidata nei mesi precedenti per timore che venisse rubata: sono stato costretto in malo modo a lasciarla incustodita in strada. Dal momento che la Queriniana è la più importante biblioteca di tutta la città troverei opportuno che disponesse di una rastrelliera per le biciclette. Oppure di un portiere meno chiuso di mente. I have been attending this ancient library for quite some time now. I was happy and always got along with everyone: the librarian is very kind and helpful. They recently hired a new concierge who was downright rude and grumpy. I was taken back because I placed the municipal bicycle in a corner immediately after the entrance for those 2 minutes necessary to return the borrowed books and collect those booked, a practice consolidated in the previous months for fear that it would be stolen: I was forced into trouble way to leave it unattended on the street. Since the Queriniana is the most important library in the whole city, I would find it appropriate for it to have a bicycle rack. Or a less closed-minded goalkeeper.

Molto apprezzato il clima di cultura che trasmette, e il personale è cortese e professionale. Quiet place to study or to consult even ancient books and volumes. The cultural climate it transmits is much appreciated, and the staff is courteous and professional.

Il personale, molto preparato e competente, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, coadiuvandomi nelle ricerche archivistiche e bibliografiche. The place is very nice, especially the reading rooms on the upper floors. The library is located just behind the cathedral of Brescia. The staff, very prepared and competent, was very kind and helpful, assisting me in archival and bibliographic research.

La sala, oltre che essere piacevole alla vista è veramente silenziosa. I tavoli (forniti di un sottobanco abbastanza spazioso) e le sedie sono in legno, entrambi molto comodi. C'è una lampadina, di intensità regolabile, per posto, e le prese per la corrente. Ho avuto poche occasioni di trattare con il personale che è piuttosto riservato, ma mi è sembrato comunque disponibile e pronto ad aiutare nel caso servisse qualcosa. Gorgeous and super quiet place. I have been coming here to study for some time now and have always felt very comfortable. The room, besides being pleasant to the eye, is truly silent. The tables (equipped with a fairly spacious under counter) and chairs are made of wood, both very comfortable. There is a bulb, of adjustable intensity, per seat, and the power outlets. I have had few occasions to deal with the staff who are quite reserved, but I still seemed helpful and willing to help in case something was needed.
