S	Stra Nezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande e centrale biblioteca situata in un palazzo antico affrescato, su due piani. Come ampiezza del catalogo non ci sono problemi. Dal MIO punto di vista le deficienze sono di due tipi: 1) i bagni: i maschi hanno 3 postazioni ma spesso ci sono porte rotte o inagibili o carta igienica mancante. Grosso problema è la mancanza di areazione: tendono molto a impuzzirsi, ma almeno ci sono e i due sessi sono divisi - non è scontato: andate alla biblioteca AFFORI a Milano e vedrete.... 2) il rumore: la biblioteca è nella piazza centrale di Bollate, che è superfrequentatissima, vero e proprio asilo di bambini e cani giocanti. D'inverno, non ci sono problemi, le finestre sono chiuse. D'estate o in primavera - che ormai inizia a Febbraio e finisce a Novembre - le finestre dell'aula restano aperte: si sente allora il traffico delle auto o, in altri lati, il chiasso dei bambini appunto o, se siete nella parte dei bibliotecari, le chiacchiere dei clienti ad alta voce, spesso anziano e quindi con udito flebile. Aggiungete poi smartphone spesso liberi e tirate il conto. Ma, mi viene da dire: conoscete voi una biblioteca silenziosa, veramente silenziosa in Italia ? fatemi sapere... Un giorno forse capiremo che per una bilblioteca l'ubicazione silenziosa e il parlare a bassa voce sono un must... ci arriveremo... Visto che per me il silenzio è fondamentale in una biblioteca, non vado oltre le 3 stelle Large and central library located in an ancient frescoed palace, on two floors. From MIO point of view the deficiencies are of two types: 1) the bathrooms: the males have 3 positions but often there are broken or unusable doors or missing toilet paper. Big problem is the lack of ventilation: they tend to squeeze out a lot, but at least there are and the two sexes are divided - it is not obvious: go to the AFFORI library in Milan and you will see ... 2) the noise: the library is in the central square of Bollate, who is superfrequentatissima, a real kindergarten for children and playing dogs. In winter, there are no problems, the windows are closed. In summer or spring - which now begins in February and ends in November - the classroom windows remain open: you can hear the traffic of cars or, on other sides, the noise of children precisely or, if you are in the part of the librarians, the chatter of customers aloud, often elderly and therefore with weak hearing. Then add smartphones that are often free and roll the bill. But, I would like to say: do you know a silent, truly silent library in Italy? let me know ... One day maybe we'll understand that for a library the silent location and the low voice are a must ... we'll get there ... Since for me silence is fundamental in a library, I don't go beyond 3 stars
X	Xu zhou Zhou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima biblioteca, molto grande e con spazi ben distribuiti. c'è una sezione dedicata ai più piccoli, un'altra dedicata agli anziani un'altra per gli studenti universali in cui regna il silenzio più assoluto, c'è una piccola aula in cui si può studiare in gruppo. il sistema di prestito dei libri è collegata alla rete CSBNO, quindi anche se non dovessero avere il libro che state cercando lo si può prenotare e ritirare dopo qualche giorno nella stessa sede. C'è anche la possibilità di prenotare online sul sito della CSBNO e successivamente andare a ritirare il libro. ci sono due macchinette che distribuiscono snack e bibite calde e fredde, il prezzo di tali alimenti è un po' più alto della media (50 centesimi per in caffè). È presente una sala conferenze dove si trova anche una piccola sala in cui ci sono spesso delle mostre. There is also the possibility to book online on the CSBNO website and then go to collect the book. there are two machines that distribute snacks and hot and cold drinks, the price of these foods is a bit higher than the average (50 cents for coffee). There is a conference room where there is also a small room where there are often exhibitions.

È un po' difficile prenotare perché ci sono pochi posti in sala studio, ma basta organizzarsi e avvisare in anticipo; il personale è molto disponibile. R	Recensione Recensio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 28 dicembre 2019 ho passato una giornata (dalle 10:00 alle 16:30) presso questa biblioteca. Do una stella perché purtroppo non si può dare meno. Appena entro non trovò posto (causa assolutamente non imputabile alla biblioteca in se, se non per una mal gestione degli spazi). Allora mi arrangio e prendo qualche sedia (nb. Senza tavolo) Due ragazzine (presumo dipendenti) che non avranno avuto più di 20 anni, chiacchieravano allegramente sul cosa avrebbero mangiato a pranzo, ridendo, scherzando mentre poggiavano sulle varie librerie, con una leggiadria invidiabile anche da un brontosauro, diversi libri. Dopo essermi allontano per il pranzo rientro nell’edificio e su quella che era ‘la mia sedia’ trovo le due ‘bibliotecarie’ (se tali si possono definire) sedute mentre giochicchiavano con il cellulare e chiacchieravano allegramente. Decido di fare una pausa caffè, peccato che la macchinetta prenda pezzi di grandezza inferiore si 0,50€ e quindi ci perdo pure 10cet. (Nulla di grave ma comunque una perdita di tempo). I bagni piangono, pulizia ed igiene sconosciuti. Vista la giornata fredda decido di lavare le mani, indirizzo il rubinetto verso l’acqua calda ed esce un’acqua USTIONANTE!!!. Così si conclude questa “magnifica” esperienza. Ps. La biblioteca è situata in una piazza stupenda! On 28 December 2019 I spent a day (from 10:00 to 16:30) at this library. I decide to take a coffee break, too bad that the machine takes pieces of a smaller size than € 0.50 and therefore I lose 10cet as well. (Nothing serious but still a waste of time). Bathrooms cry, unknown cleanliness and hygiene. Given the cold day I decide to wash my hands, I direct the tap to the hot water and a BURNING water comes out !!!. Thus ends this "magnificent" experience. Ps. The library is located in a beautiful square!
M	Marco C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, condivido due stelle in quanto non ho ancora avuto la possibilità di accedere alla struttura, il giudizio che ho esposto è in merito alla telefonata che ho effettuato questa mattina alla biblioteca per richiedere delle informazioni, mi sono interfacciato con una funzionaria la quale non vedeva l'ora di chiudere la comunicazione prima possibile senza neanche salutare trattandomi come un amico. Il trattamento ricevuto non è degno di stelle, ritengo opportuno preservare il resto della valutazione dopo avere avuto accesso ai loro servizi.
