 Purchased by my father (last week) a pallet of wood externally pieces of bark, inside wood march ..... At the complaint x a change of goods, the answer was negative .... that is "arranged"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poche settimane fa ho comprato un bancale di legna e mi è arrivato un mucchio di scarti ammuffiti impossibili da ardere. Sconsiglio di comprare legna da questa azienda. Ho chiesto un cambio/rimborso ma mi hanno negato entrambe le cose dicendo che non è un problema loro. Vergognoso e imbarazzante?
A few weeks ago I bought a pallet of wood and I got a bunch of moldy scraps that were impossible to burn. I do not recommend buying wood from this company. I asked for a change / refund but they denied me both, saying that it is not their problem. Shameful and embarrassing?
