Personale qualificato e gentile. Ritornerò sicuramente. Centrally located bar, located on the main street of Viterbo, exquisite coffee, taken early in the morning, clean and tidy place, croissants and sweets of all kinds, special gogi berry biscuit. Qualified and kind staff. I will definitely be back.

Ripitturato l'ultima volta credo 10 anni fà, 20 minuti di attesa per un vino servito con 2 patatine (2 di numero), una manciata di noccioline e 7 olive andate a male. An elegant bar but only in appearance. Last time I think 10 years ago, 20 minutes waiting for a wine served with 2 chips (2 in number), a handful of peanuts and 7 olives gone bad.
M	Melissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ed il mio ragazzo siamo entrati pochi minuti prima delle 19 ,chiedendo se ci fossero dei tavoli disponibili. La signora alla cassa ci ha detto che erano disponibili solo all'interno e, di fronte a 3 poliziotti, ci ha chiesto se avessimo il green pass. Alla nostra risposta affermativa ci ha fatto accomodare nella saletta di sopra dicendo che di lì a poco avrebbe mandato il ragazzo a prendere l'ordinazione e a controllare i green pass. Dopo 5 minuti in cui nessuno è venuto a prendere gli ordini o a controllare il green pass, sono scesa a chiedere 2 spritz. Dopo un'ulteriore attesa di 15 minuti, in cui vedevo servire chiunque entrasse tranne che noi, abbiamo deciso di andare via. Abbiamo salutato mentre uscivamo e il ragazzo del bar ci ha rincorsi all'esterno, neanche fossimo due ladri, solo per farci sapere che non ci voleva più come clienti perchè la nostra era, a sua detta, "una mancanza di rispetto per chi lavora". Io faccio il suo stesso lavoro e non lascio i clienti abbandonati in una saletta isolata e di certo non li rincorro per dirgli "potete andarvene tanto non vi vogliamo più nel nostro bar". Il ragazzo può stare tranquillo dato che, dopo questo spiacevole episodio, non ci metteremo più piede. Buon lavoro. My boyfriend and I walked in a few minutes before 7pm, asking if there were any tables available. The lady at the cashier told us they were only available inside and, in front of 3 policemen, he asked us if we had the green pass. When we answered in the affirmative, he made us sit in the upstairs room saying that soon he would send the boy to take the order and check the green passes. After 5 minutes of no one coming to take orders or check the green pass, I went down to ask for 2 spritz. After a further 15 minute wait, in which I saw anyone who entered served except us, we decided to leave. We said goodbye as we left and the guy from the bar chased us outside, we weren't even two thieves, just to let us know that he no longer wanted us as customers because ours was, according to him, "a lack of respect for those who work". I do his same job and I don't leave customers abandoned in an isolated room and I certainly don't run after them to tell them "you can leave because we don't want you anymore in our bar". The boy can rest assured that, after this unpleasant episode, we won't set foot on it anymore. Good job.
D	Doina sole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata per prendere un caffè insieme a mia cugina e zia. Da fuori sembra un bar piuttosto carino invece all'interno è trascurato il bagno in disordine. Il ragazzo alla cassa di un freddezza indescrivibile.. E non mi voleva far pagare con la carta. Il resto del personale gentile I went to have a coffee with my cousin and aunt. From the outside it looks like a pretty nice bar but inside the messy bathroom is neglected. The guy at the cashier of indescribable coldness .. And he didn't want to make me pay with the card. The rest of the staff were polite
