Ho portato da loro la mia domanda Naspi ed erano chiaramente pronti ad accaparrarsi la mia domanda per prendere la percentuale... peccato che non abbiano inviato i miei documenti all’inps (nonostante io abbia segnalato loro che dall’inps mi arrivava richiesta di invio dei documenti che avevano in mano loro del patronato), e dopo 4 mesi mi ritrovo a fare le stesse cose daccapo senza passare attraverso loro perché non mi è arrivato un soldo!!!
Per cosa vi siete presi il vostro compenso?!? Che poi siete dei disonesti che scrivete che fate le domande “gratuitamente”!!!
SE DOVETE FARE UNA DOMANDA NASPI BASTA ANDARE SUL SITO DELL’INPS, diffidate di questi TRUFFATORI INCOMPETENTI

I brought my Naspi application to them and they were clearly ready to grab my application to take the percentage ... pity that they did not send my documents to INPS (although I signaled to them that I received a request from INPS to send them of the documents they had in their hands of the patronage), and after 4 months I find myself doing the same things again without going through them because I didn't get a penny !!!
What did you get your compensation for?!? Then you are dishonest that you write that you ask questions "for free" !!!

Ho chiesto ad uno degli addetti di informarsi sul mio appuntamento e mi ha liquidato dicendomi che erano l'ultima della giornata!
Mi sono rivolta ad un altro sindacato che mi ha accolto subito e ho inoltrato la mia domanda in meno di 20 minuti!
Incompetenti e poco professionali
I made an appointment to submit an application for a public competition and I saw twenty people in front of me without an appointment ... I wasn't even on the list!
I asked one of the staff to inquire about my appointment and he dismissed me by saying that they were the last of the day!
I went to another union who welcomed me right away and I submitted my application in less than 20 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato per chiedere informazioni sulla pensione di reversibilità di mia mamma, ma senza niente a pretendere, nel senso che volevo prioritariamente prendere un appuntamento per sottoporre la tematica sopracitata, invece sono stato accolto, data l'assenza di persone da dover esser "servite", da una professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia fuori dal comune. Era la prima volta che mi rivolgevo ad un patronato in vita mia e mi auguro anche e soprattutto per le persone che che vi si rivolgono, che tutti abbiano le qualità che ha dimostrato il personale di questo patronato. Complimenti di cuore e grazie.
I came by to ask for information on my mother's survivor's pension, but with nothing to expect, in the sense that I first wanted to make an appointment to submit the aforementioned issue, instead I was welcomed, given the absence of people to be "served" , from a professionalism, availability and courtesy out of the ordinary. It was the first time that I turned to a patronage in my life and I hope also and above all for the people who come to you, that everyone has the qualities that the staff of this patronage has shown.
