Ho pagato un sacco di soldi per un lavoro che non solo non è stato finito, ma a distanza di un anno si è rivelato anche completamente inefficace. Risultato : condizionatore fuori uso nell'estate più calda. Ripeto : state alla larga da personaggi del genere! To stay away from it! Never a respected appointment. Inaffidabili, cari come il fuoco e poco, ma molto poco seri nel loro lavoro! Mi associo alle altre recensioni, statene alla larga. Peccato non si possa dare zero. Comunque informatevi in Regione Piemonte, a quanto pare, dopo un controllo, la mia caldaia pare non esistere nel loro ufficio. Ora farò i miei passi. Sono usciti senza avvisarmi del costo di uscita di €50: pago regolarmente con la promessa di ricevere a breve un preventivo per un sistema alternativo. Da Luglio 2019 non si sono fatti più sentire anche dopo aver inviato 2 email con la richiesta di informazioni. Ricontatterò ZEHNDER con la speranza di risolvere con qualcuno che dia continuità alle parole... I received the inspection from this company, after contacting the ZEHNDER service. M	Marco Schena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda di manutenzione che non ha rispecchiato le mie minime aspettative. Evito di raccontare tutto, evito di usare parole colorite. Vi dico solo che una ditta che non accetta di dare un orario indicativo per la manutenzione/pulizia della caldaia non l'avevo mai vista. Praticamente ti danno (SE VA BENE) come indicazione "nella mattinata del giorno X oppure nel pomeriggio del giorno Y". E tu devi stare a casa ad aspettare loro che potrebbero presentarsi in qualsiasi orario. Pazzesco. Poi puo' anche accadere che ti danno un orario tipo le 11 del mattino per sostituire un pezzo, non si fanno vivi, tu li chiami, ti dicono nel primo pomeriggio, poi verso le 17 ti dicono che non fanno più in tempo e che sarebbero venuti l'indomani. Vero Bertin? NON posso dare ZERO qui come recensione ma sarebbe da andare SOTTO ZERO. Maintenance company that did not meet my minimum expectations. Then it can also happen that they give you a time like 11 in the morning to replace a piece, they don't show up, you call them, they tell you in the early afternoon, then around 17 they tell you that they don't have time anymore and that they would be come the next day. m	manuela rota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosiiiiii !!!!Circa due anni fa mi installano la caldaia nuova ( che a questo punto temo non sia a norma!) , non sono più venuti a tararla dopo che è stata completamente pagata nell'immediato!Risultato : acqua fredda !!!!Chiamati 100 volte...niente..ti prendono per i fondelli !!!Adesso procederò per vie legali !Statene alla LARGA!!!Se ptessi dare 0 stelle!!!!!
