β β β β β Esperienza assolutamente negativa... chiamato per un intervento risolutivo di coibentazione su tubi di un pompa di calore in un locale tecnico.. mi Γ¨ stato risposto di chiamare il costruttore dell' appartamento... che avrebbe dovuto metterlo a posto lui.... Io dico ora ma la gente ha tutto sto lavoro da rispondere in questa maniera.....? Al mio stupore per la risposta mi ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia....

Absolutely negative experience ... called for a decisive intervention of insulation on the pipes of a heat pump in a technical room .. I was told to call the builder of the apartment ... he would have to fix it himself ... I say now but people have everything I'm working to answer in this way .....? To my astonishment at the answer the phone slammed in my face ....
VERY NEGATIVE THE SHORT EXPERIENCE.

Avevo chiesto un preventivo per fare un lavoro stupido ( cambiare un tubo del gas senza rompere nulla ) e fin lì tutto ok
Sono venuti sul posto, hanno dato un occhiata e fatto un preventivo a voce dicendo i lavori da fare e il prezzo
Al momento della fattura mi ritrovo un prezzo molto piΓΉ alto rispetto a quello detto a voce
La quale risposta Γ¨ stata quella di ripetere i lavori giΓ detti in precedenza piΓΉ IVA
Bad experience not to be repeated
I asked for a quote to do a stupid job (change a gas pipe without breaking anything) and so far everything was ok
They came to the place, took a look and made an estimate verbally saying the work to be done and the price
At the time of the invoice I find myself a much higher price than the one said verbally
The answer was to repeat the work already mentioned above plus VAT
