Merce consegnata in ritardo, personale maleducato e mendace (che tra l'altro non ti avvisa della consegna) e per finire autista che si rifiuta di portare la merca fino al mio domicilio perché, a detta sua la strada è stretta....peccato che ci passino regolarmente automezzi più grandi del suo. Io al loro posto proverei vergogna! I can not help but confirm the evaluations prior to mine: BAD. Sulla spedizione c'era scritto di contattarmi con preavviso in modo tale che potessi farmi trovare a casa, nessuno mi ha avvisato e il corriere mi ha chiamato trattandomi malissimo dicendo che era passato ma non c'era nessuno e che sarebbe ripassato alle 14. E' arrivato alle 14.45 e mi ha scaricato un mobile in mezzo alla strada, alla mia richiesta di scaricarmelo per lo meno in cortile o aiutarmi a portarlo dentro il cancello (a 3mt da dove aveva scaricato) mi ha risposto di no, non potendo muoverlo da solo per via del peso e delle dimensioni gli ho chiesto come avrei fatto a spostarlo di li e mi sono sentito rispondere "cazi tuoi". Inutile dire che non ho firmato la consegna e si è riportato il tutto indietro, continuando a trattarmi male mentre lo ricaricava sul camion. La filiale di riferimento (Alessandria) molto gentilmente si scusa e rifissa la consegna per il giorno dopo. Arriva sempre lo stesso corriere, con la stessa maleducazione del giorno prima, con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto a quanto comunicato ma questa volta mi scarica la merce dentro il cancello. Sono rimasto allibito dal servizio e dagli insulti ricevuti, una cosa cosi non mi era mai capitata. Non comprerò mai più niente da fornitori che utilizzano Fercam come corriere, questo è certo. I was stunned by the service and the insults received, something like this had never happened to me. I will never buy anything again from suppliers who use Fercam as a courier, that's for sure.

Tutto OK !! My experience with the FERCAM courier was positive (there was a misunderstanding with the telephone number but I think it was not up to them) despite this I was immediately contacted by both the office and the courier and I thank the driver Mr. Romeo who demonstrated timeliness and availability. a	alessandra fossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle cose il 25 novembre da un negozio che usa questa compagnia, secondo il tracciamento dovevano arrivare il 2 dicembre, invece, dopo che è arrivata alla filiale di Alessandria, non solo è rimasto bloccato per una settimana intera, ma adesso lo mandano a milano, che è più lontano rispetto alla mia zona... E senza mai chiamare per avere un appuntamento per la consegna, sempre chiamato noi dicendo solo che poi ci avrebbe contatto il corriere, che ovviamente non si è fatto sentire manco per sbaglio... I ordered things on November 25th from a shop that uses this company, according to the tracking they were supposed to arrive on December 2nd, however, after it arrived at the Alexandria branch, not only was it stuck for a whole week, but now they send it to milan, which is further away than my area ... Molto gentile il signore che ha effettuato la consegna ma del quale purtroppo non conosco il nome. Educato e molto gentile. I found myself very well.
