E' quello che posso confermare anche io: bravissimi. L'ingegnere Andrea è stato molto disponibile nel seguire le nostre indicazioni/dubbi iniziali (ne io ne mio marito lavoriamo nel mondo delle costruzioni ed eravamo un po' incerti sulle idee) e nel suggerire le migliori soluzioni, non badando a "fregare" il cliente, quanto a renderlo soddisfatto. Il sig.Bertani, ragazzo sulla quarantina ma molto preparato, ha concluso poi quanto correttamente già iniziato dal suo collaboratore, spiegandoci nei dettagli in cosa consisteva il loro lavoro nel nostro cantiere. Ci ha fatto fare un giro "guidato" dell'azienda, dove si vedono due enormi macchinari che lavorano le travi e tutta la fase dell'impregnazione. I prezzi erano in linea con gli altri preventivi fatti ma, sinceramente, per come si sono dimostrati competenti e disponibili, li avremmo scelti anche se fossero stati più cari degli altri. Consiglio a tutti. Non nego che sono rimasto estremamente contento per il servizio e per i prodotti che mi hanno fornito nella mia nuova abitazione. Le scale e i pavimenti sono perfetti, eravamo molto indecisi sulla tonalità di Rovere da scegliere e alla fine ci siamo fatti consigliare da loro. E’ venuto fuori un capolavoro. Inoltre mi hanno fornito una pompeiana/ricovero auto: la mia unica preoccupazione era che fosse armoniosa con l’abitazione, in quanto è addossata alla stessa. Risultato estetico è fenomenale. C’è stato un piccolo imprevisto sulla colorazione, ma che hanno risolto molto velocemente fornendomi dell’impregnante gratuito per ritoccare. Da consigliare! Devo essere sincero, avevo fatto fare un preventivo per il solaio in legno della nuova abitazione, ma era leggermente più alto rispetto al prezzo che mi aveva fatto una realtà di dimensioni più modeste, sempre vicino a loro. Quindi ho guardato il prezzo e ho scelto l'altro magazzino ligneo. E' stato l'errore più grande che potessi fare nella gestione del cantiere! Mai più! Le travi che mi erano state consegnate dall'altra azienda erano prive di ogni lavorazione ed inutili alla posa. E soprattutto il fornitore non era disponibile ad aiutarmi a risolvere il problema. Pertanto avevo pagato della merce inutile per la prosecuzione del cantiere. Pertanto, morsicandomi la lingua, ho chiamato il sig.Bertani al quale ho spiegato la situazione e ha fatto una grossa risata, dicendomi di stare tranquillo che avrebbe risolto lui il problema. Il giorno successivo ha ritirato la merce con un suo mezzo, nel giro di una settimana me l'ha lavorata e reimpregnata omaggiandomi la nuova verniciatura, perché, detto da lui, non veniva fuori un buon lavoro e soprattutto la mia impresa ha potuto in tempi velocissimi recuperare il gap creato dall'altra azienda lignea. Ho avuto modo di fare con loro sia il tetto e pavimento dell'abitazione dei miei genitori sia, qualche anno dopo, la mia abitazione. Prima il sig.Enrico, poi il figlio Alberto ci hanno seguito in maniera impeccabile. Specialmente nella mia abitazione: si trattava di un restauro in centro città quindi con spazi stretti e poca "tolleranza" nelle misure. E il tutto con prezzi ottimi! Ogni amico che mi viene a trovare mi fa i complimenti per il tetto e io stesso sono molto contento, anche a distanza di anni. Lo consiglierei a chiunque. Ci hanno fatto fare un piccolo tour aziendale per vedere le fasi della produzione di quello che poi sarebbe stato il nostro tetto. Siamo rimasti contenti soprattutto della passione con cui spiegano quello che fanno. I risultati sono stati ottimi per il tetto, quindi abbiamo fatto con loro anche il pavimento. Peccato che non farò altre case… se no tornerei sicuramente da loro!!! PS: foto fatta poco più di un'ora fa, quanto stavano ancora ultimando la posa del pavimento. Hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna (che nell'edilizia è un miraggio) ed i prodotti erano molto meglio di come mi aspettassi. Purtroppo nella consegna, il conducente del camion mi ha danneggiato il cancello. Dopo pochissimo si sono prodigati con un artigiano a ripristinare il portone con tanto di scuse.
