★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due biciclette Olympia magnum. Con la prima dopo duecento mt. di utilizzo, la catena si è sganciata dalla corona anteriore. Problema risolto dal venditore con un lavoro di due ore (corona montata al contrario). La seconda usata per la prima volta a Dobbiaco, qualche piccolo rumore dal motore poi al primo sforzo i pedali si son messi a girare a vuoto. Bici inutilizzabile, vacanza rovinata. Riconsegnata al concessionario che ha sostituito il motore senza nessun documento che confermi la sostituzione e neanche una timida scusa per quanto successo. Cento per cento difetti mi sembrano veramente troppi. Prodotto non controllato e/o di scarsissima qualità.
 I bought two Olympia magnum bikes. With the first after two hundred meters. of use, the chain has come loose from the front chainring. Problem solved by the seller with two hours of work (crown mounted upside down). The second used for the first time in Dobbiaco, some small noise from the engine then at the first effort the pedals started to spin. Bike unusable, vacation ruined. Returned to the dealer who replaced the engine without any documents confirming the replacement and not even a timid apology for what happened. One hundred percent defects seem to me just too many. Uncontrolled product and / or of very poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata bici Olympia da rivenditore autorizzato appena 5 mesi fa, continuamente manifesta allentamento raggi, allentamento sterzo, nonché 2 volte rottura cambio, rottura catena e forcellino.
Il rivenditore si limita a tensionare i raggi mentre le rotture mi sono state fatte pagate di tasca mia ed in appena 5 mesi di bici ho già speso 140 euro.
Inviata email all'azienda manifestando le anomalie, visto che il rivenditore non vuole ripararla in garanzia, ma non rispondono.
Invio email per chiedere informazioni su rivenditori autorizzati e mi rispondono immediatamente. Ho l'impressione che gli interessa solo la vendita e basta.
In conclusione pessima esperienza
Purchased Olympia bike from an authorized dealer just 5 months ago, it continuously shows slack in spokes, slack in steering, as well as 2 times broken gearbox, broken chain and dropout.
The dealer just tensioned the spokes while the breakages were paid for out of my own pocket and in just 5 months on the bike I have already spent 140 euros.
Emailed to the company showing the anomalies, since the dealer does not want to repair it under warranty, but they do not respond.
I send emails to ask for information on authorized resellers and they reply immediately. I have the impression that he is only interested in selling and that's it.
In conclusion, very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato a novembre 2020 una olympia performer 900 limited edition, gran bici peccato i dischi freno piccoli. Dopo sei mesi, nonostante, mille precauzioni, la batteria si è rotta. Dopo un paio di mesi arrivata una nuova in garanzia. Pagato solo € 25 al corriere. Speriamo bene per il futuro!! P.S.Mi piacerebbe sapere le cause della rottura.
Purchased in November 2020 an olympia performer 900 limited edition, great bike, sin the small brake discs. After six months, despite a thousand precautions, the battery broke. A new one arrived under warranty after a couple of months. Paid only € 25 to the courier. Let's hope for the future !! PS I'd like to know the causes of the breakup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che fregatura,ho ordinato al 2 Ottobre 2020 una ebike dal rivenditore autorizzato il quale mi assicurava la consegna nei primi giorni di Gennaio 2021. Al 10 di Aprile 2021 la consegna viene continuamente rimandata . Purtroppo ho versato una consistente caparra all'ordine. Consiglio , rivolgetevi a altri brand , hanno la pronta consegna. Mi dispiace constatare che Olympia evidentemente non ha potere contrattuale con i propri fornitori ed è un'azienda poco credibile.
What a rip-off, I ordered an ebike from the authorized dealer on October 2nd 2020 who assured me of delivery in the first days of January 2021. As of April 10th 2021 the delivery is continually postponed. Unfortunately I paid a substantial deposit to the order. Advice, contact other brands, they have prompt delivery. I am sorry to note that Olympia obviously has no bargaining power with its suppliers and it is a company with little credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E bike Olympia 900sport tutto bene fino a quando non ha smesso di funzionare circa 1000 km, ancora in garanzia ma pare non riparabile il rivenditore dice che Olympia non si occupa di queste cose, andrò a trovarli di persona dato che non rispondono, molto deluso
E bike Olympia 900sport all good until it stopped working about 1000 km, still under warranty but it seems unrepairable the dealer says Olympia does not take care of these things, I will go to see them in person as they do not respond, very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinata il 10 novembre 2020 Olympia college 24 rapporti…. Doveva arrivare tra aprile/ maggio 2021…. Poi rimandata consegna di volta in volta…. Mai una telefonata da parte del venditore…. L’ho chiamato poco prima di Natale e mi ha riferito che sarebbe arrivata il 29/12 ma con il cambio a 21 rapporti! Oltre il danno la beffa… detto questo.. a parte che il rivenditore non l’ho più sentito… al telefono mi ha proposto uno sconto di 30 € giustificando c’è sono stati cambiati i listini perché mancano le parti…. Me lo dici a distanza di un anno? Tutte quelle consegnate prima della mia? Non esiste! Deludente
