★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un ordine a novembre 2020 di 150€ contenente 4 giacche invernali. Dopo due settimane mi arriva un pacco (chiuso e intatto, quindi non si tratta di furto) che era evidentemente piccolo di dimensione e che infatti conteneva solo 1 delle 4 giacche. Molto probabilmente hanno diviso l'ordine in due pacchi, di cui io però avevo un solo codice di tracking che, una volta ricevuto il primo pacco me lo dava consegnato. Il secondo pacco non l'ho mai visto. Ho tentato di contattarli tra email e chiamate fino a maggio 2021 e mi hanno sempre lasciato in attesa, per in conclusione dopo 6 mesi sentirmi dire che l'ordine era stato consegnato regolarmente e che non avrei ricevuto nessun rimborso. 150€ letteralmente buttati!!!! Mai più comprato e comprerò online su Bershka
I placed an order in November 2020 for € 150 containing 4 winter jackets. After two weeks I received a package (closed and intact, so it is not theft) which was obviously small in size and which in fact contained only 1 of the 4 jackets. Most likely they divided the order into two packages, but I only had one tracking code which, once I received the first package, they gave it to me delivered. I've never seen the second package. I tried to contact them through emails and calls until May 2021 and they always left me waiting, for in conclusion after 6 months to be told that the order had been delivered regularly and that I would not receive any refund. 150 € literally thrown away !!!! Never bought again and will buy online at Bershka

Entrata da sola per dare un occhiata, poco dopo mi ha raggiunta il mio compagno con mio figlio di un anno che si trovava all'interno del carrellino per bambini con macchinina, premettendo che l'accesso ai negozi è permesso con passeggini e con questo tipo di trasporto per bimbi, in tutti gli store del centro commerciale, quindi il mio compagno è entrato senza problemi anche in questo negozio, senza sapere che è vietato. Non appena è entrato una commessa con la frangetta corta e i capelli castani gli ha intimato di uscire e alla domanda del mio compagno "dove lascio il bimbo? Fuori" lei ha risposto "ah come vuoi".
Poco dopo il mio compagno si è messo in un angolo aspettandomi, la ragazza ci ha raggiunto con una certa aggressività e aggredendo ha ribadito di uscire, la mia domanda ora è questa, i cani possono entrare ma i bimbi su un passeggino/carrello giocattolo no? Se questa è la regola ok, ma il personale maleducato che aggredisce i clienti non lo accetto

Entered alone to have a look, shortly after my partner joined me with my one-year-old son who was inside the children's trolley with toy car, assuming that access to the shops is allowed with strollers and this type of transport for children, in all the stores of the shopping center, so my partner entered without problems also in this shop, without knowing that it is forbidden. As soon as he entered a saleswoman with short bangs and brown hair she ordered him to go out and to my partner's question "where should I leave the baby? Outside" she replied "ah what do you want".
Shortly after my partner stood in a corner waiting for me, the girl reached us with a certain aggression and attacked again to go out, my question now is this, dogs can enter but children on a toy stroller / trolley cannot ? If this is the rule ok, but the rude staff who attack customers do not accept it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal presupposto che è stato visitato in periodo di saldi. Il caos era esagerato in ogni punto del locale, vestiti accatastati negli armadi a muro come fossero rimpinzati per doverci stare obbligatoriamente, carrelli con altri vestiti davanti alla colonna a specchio che ne impediva l'utilizzo, via strettissima per l'accesso ai camerini prova. Ripeto, ci son andato in tempo di saldi e la cortesia del personale non è assolutamente mancata, però non credo che le cose siano migliori in altri momenti. Gli spazi così come son gestiti, impediscono purtroppo una visita confortevole.

I repeat, I went there in time of sales and the courtesy of the staff was absolutely not lacking, but I don't think things are better at other times. The spaces as they are managed unfortunately prevent a comfortable visit.
