Il Signor Berretta ci ha seguito in tutto e per tutto consigliandoci i colori e come mettere il marmo in bagno. In meno di una settimana ci ha consegnato tutto a casa e mio marito ( inesperto) ha montato il marmo da solo ma il signor Berretta e’ stato super disponibile per ogni problema e questione che avevamo sulla posa. Grande professionalità e costumer service che poco si vede ormai qui a Roma. Consiglio vivamente di mettervi nelle mani di professionisti come Berretta Marmi.
I recently moved to Rome and I didn't know of any store that could provide us with marble for the bathroom. After a long search we decided to rely on Berretta. Mr. Berretta has followed us in every way advising us about colors and how to put marble in the bathroom. In less than a week he gave us everything at home and my husband (inexperienced) mounted the marble by himself but Mr. Berretta was super helpful for every problem and issue we had about the installation. Great professionalism and costumer service that is hardly seen here in Rome. I highly recommend putting you in the hands of professionals like Berretta Marmi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto molti lavori con la ditta, dalle soglie delle finestre al piano top cucina alla copertura di archi grandi e piccoli e tavolo da pranzo. I prezzi sono cari ma il sig. Berretta si è dimostrato molto disponibile, ma, purtroppo, quando ho avuto necessità di essere assistito per modesti difetti di ordinaria amministrazione si è eclissato non rispondendo neppure al telefono, malgrado le mie insistenze lasciandomi nei guai e dovendo risolvere chiamando altro marmista. Quindi quando il lavoro è costoso è molto disponibile ma per l'assistenza non potete contarci.
I have done a lot of work with the company, from the window sills to the kitchen countertop to the covering of large and small arches and the dining table. Prices are expensive but mr. Berretta proved to be very helpful, but, unfortunately, when I needed to be assisted for modest defects of ordinary administration he disappeared by not even answering the phone, despite my insistence, leaving me in trouble and having to solve by calling another marble worker. So when the work is expensive it is very helpful but you can't count on it for assistance.
