E	Etto Re on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto competente oltre che gentili e simpatici, ogni volta che andavo li mi offrivano un caffè, lavoro ottimo e veloce mi hanno sempre tenuto aggiornato non sono invadenti ho scelto tutto io c'è stato un rapporto quasi di amicizia prezzi normali ma in rapporto alla qualità sono bassi Very competent staff as well as kind and nice, every time I went there they offered me a coffee, excellent and fast work they always kept me updated they are not intrusive I chose everything I had a relationship of friendship almost normal prices but in relation to the qualities are low

S	Sigrid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle soglie di marmo per le finestre, sono venuti a misurarle a casa, e me le hanno mandate tagliate in modo sbagliato. Poi le hanno sostituito ma la battuta non bastava per far chiudere la finestra, cosi ci hanno incollato sopra delle stecche di marmo (600 e rotti euro per delle soglie rappezzate, vabbe); Ho ordinato la soglia della porta di casa e a parte che era troppo corta (sempre misurata da loro a casa), l'hanno rotta in fase di montaggio; Ho ordinato un rialzo per uno scalino con becco di civetta e me l'hanno consegnata col bordo bisellato; Ho ordinato un ripiano da cucina e mi e stato consegnato con finitura spazzolata (cosa che io non avevo mai chiesta, loro dicono che l'avessi chiesta io, io non sapevo nemmeno cosa fosse la spazzolatura, la mia parola contro la loro e quindi ho torto io, pare). Comunque: son 5 errori in 4 ordini. Sarò pazza io, saranno distratti loro, fatto sta che io tutta questa roba l'ho pagata, non poco, ho perso una marea di tempo per via delle mille discussioni e appuntamenti, e ho riscontrato da parte di Ciocchetti molta rigidità e poco desiderio di accontentare il cliente. E quindi nonostante i loro marmi fossero belli e le lavorazioni ben eseguite (anche quando non sono quelle che uno ha chiesto...!!), non ci tornerei e purtroppo non mi sentirei di consigliarli a nessuno. I ordered the marble thresholds for windows, came to measure them at home, and they sent me the cut in the wrong way. Then they replaced it but the joke was not enough to close the window, so they glued marble slats on top (600 and broken euros for patched thresholds, vabbe); I ordered the threshold of the front door and apart from that it was too short (always measured from them at home), have broken during assembly; I ordered an upside to a step with a bird's beak, and I have delivered with bevelled edge; I ordered a kitchen counter and I was presented with a brushed finish (which I had never asked, they say that you had asked me, I did not even know what it was brushing, my word against theirs so I wrong I, it seems). However: son 5 errors in 4 orders. I'll be mad I will be distracted them, the fact is that I've paid all this stuff, not least, I lost a lot of time because of a thousand discussions and meetings, and I found by Ciocchetti much stiffness and little desire to please the customer. And so despite their marbles being beautiful and the work well done (even when they are not what one has asked for ... !!), I would not go back there and unfortunately I would not feel like recommending them to anyone.

Ciocchetti Marmi was widely among the best for kindness, competence, availability, professionalism, precision, punctuality of all the people I had to deal with, from design to sale, inspection, installation, payment. Perfect from start to finish. When I need it again I will definitely come back to them.
