M	Marco Fogli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo fa volentieri acquistare una powercommander per la mia ZX6RR,mi recai in negozio e la ordinai(zanzare che mi chiedessero il libretto).mentre installavo la centralina mi accorsi che un connettore non era compatibile e tornai in negozio, e, premettendo che abito a 50km dal negozio,solo a quel punto mi chiesero il libretto e si accorsero che per la mia moto non era la centralina giusta.... Poca cosa,dissi io,basta sostituirla con quella corretta,no? Sbagliato!mi hanno risposto che non potevano riprenderla indietro e che avrei dovuto ricomprare quella esatta e compatibile con la mia moto,dovendosi pagare altri 400€ Giorni fa sono andato di nuovo per i paraolio forcelle anteriori e,nonostante sia andato con libretto e moto al seguito e nonostante abbiano misurato il diametro degli steli,hanno sbagliato nuovamente,dandomi il ricambio sbagliato. Ora io non so cosa pensare:mi trovo con più di 400€di ricambi sbagliati che loro ne mi rimborsano e ne mi sostituiscono con i ricambi corretti. Ovvio che non sarà sempre così però intanto sono rimasto fregato....mi spiace molto!! Some time ago I was happy to buy a powercommander for my ZX6RR, I went to the shop and ordered it (mosquitoes asking me for the booklet). 50km from the shop, only at that point they asked me for the booklet and realized that for my bike it was not the right unit .... Little thing, I said, just replace it with the correct one, no? Wrong! They replied that they could not take it back and that I would have to buy back the exact one compatible with my bike, having to pay another 400 € Days ago I went again for the front fork oil seals and, despite going with the booklet and the bike in tow and despite having measured the diameter of the stems, they made a mistake again, giving me the wrong replacement. Now I don't know what to think: I find myself with more than 400 € of wrong spare parts that they refund me and replace me with the correct spare parts. Obviously it will not always be so, but in the meantime I was screwed .... I'm very sorry !!

Come su internet si trova tutto, con la differenza che si ha a che fare con le persone, competenti. Come su internet se qualcosa non è disponibile subito si attende qualche giorno e si riceve quel che si vuole. Forse i prezzi sono più alti, possibile. Ma negozi di questo genere stanno sparendo. Posti dove oltre alla merce puoi ricevere un servizio e consigli o solo scambiare qualche parola. Consigliato Professionalism and courtesy. Instead of buying spare parts on the internet why not invest your time in your research in a place like this? As on the internet you can find everything, with the difference that you have to do with competent people. Like on the internet, if something is not available immediately, you wait a few days and receive what you want. Perhaps the prices are higher, possible. But such shops are disappearing.
