Mi ha risposto Emanuel confermandomi la disponibilità e il prezzo del pezzo cannibalizzato. Ho quindi concordato il ritiro di persona chiedendo garanzia circa il funzionamento del pezzo prima di ripartire dato che venivo da lontano. Al mio arrivo, Emanuel mi ha fatto trovare il pezzo pronto sul banco, inoltre mi ha accompagnato in officina dove il meccanico in mia presenza ha testato il pezzo. Mi accordo telefonicamente col magazziniere al telefono per un ricambio disponibile presso il loro magazzino che se avessi fatto l'ordine e pagato con paypal avrebbero spedito immediatamente il ricambio in oggetto. Ordino e pago dopo 1 minuto convinto di ricevere il ricambio il giorno dopo o al massimo 2. Questo non avviene e alle mie telefonate un altro magazziniere risponde sempre in modo evasivo e con "lo metto in spedizione" o "parte oggi" quando questo non avviene. Dopo numerose telefonate e nervosismi (e giorni di mancata spedizione) riesco a farmi spedire il pezzo e per non finire, non scrivono l'indirizzo nella bolla ma solo il destinatario, quindi l'oggetto va in fermo deposito e devo andare a prendermelo io al magazzino BRT. Altamente sconsigliato e leggendo altre recensioni mi pare che ci siano grossi problemi con le spedizioni e gli acquisti online. Magari se andate in negozio sono bravissimi cordiali ed efficienti per carità, ma a distanza... state distanti! Highly not recommended and reading other reviews it seems to me that there are major problems with shipping and online shopping. Maybe if you go to the shop they are very good, friendly and efficient for heaven's sake, but at a distance ... stay away!
