★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cucina che non ti aspetti. Apparentemente semplice, ma sempre elegante, con sapori della tradizione ma arricchiti sempre da un qualcosa in più. Una pasta e ceci favolosa, un uso sapiente dei condimenti e dei profumi della sabina come l'alloro che rende deliziosi alcuni sughi di carne. Veramente una sorpresa a prezzi estremamente contenuti.
Unexpected cuisine. Apparently simple, but always elegant, with traditional flavors but always enriched by something more. A fabulous pasta and chickpeas, a skilful use of seasonings and scents of Sabina such as bay leaf that makes some meat sauces delicious. Really a surprise at extremely low prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È sia un automercato che un officina riparazioni auto Alberto si occupa della vendita e dell'amministrazione. Stefano dell'officina meccanica. Le auto vendute sono tutte revisionate e garantite. Affianco c'è il bar ristorante. E su lo stesso piazzale la stazione di servizio, ed anche il gommista.
It is both a car market and a Alberto car repair shop that handles sales and administration. Stefano from the mechanical workshop. The cars sold are all overhauled and guaranteed. Next to it is the restaurant bar. And on the same square the service station, and also the tire shop.

Ottimo il servizio curato direttamente dai proprietari, così come la cucina! Abbiamo mangiato in 40 minuti, 2 pasti completi. Imbattibile il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato sia aperto solo per pranzo.
Many people from the area recommended it, today I finally stopped for lunch with my wife and I'm fully satisfied! Excellent service taken care of directly by the owners, as well as the kitchen! We ate in 40 minutes, 2 full meals. Unbeatable quality / price ratio. Sin is open only for lunch.
