★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo dopo un mese devo cambiare la mia valutazione, con dispiacere. Perché sono un commerciante e so che non è bello ricevere un feedback non positivo. Ho preso una autovettura aziendale un mese fa praticamente nuova, dopo 2 giorni ho avuto un problema. Fortunatamente è in garanzia e quindi mi reco, dopo aver avvertito la Erre auto, in concessionaria autorizzata. Da lì scopri che i tagliandi effettuati non ci sono e richiesti non mi sono stati dati, per di più, facendo richiesta di essere richiamato tempestivamente, non sono più stato contattato. Ho risolto da solo il problema. Successivamente mia moglie si è recata in concessionaria per prendere le doppie chiavi e il libretto originale e non è stata nemmeno salutata, dalla Signora venditrice che ci ha venduto la macchina. Mi permetto di darvi un consiglio. Il post vendita è più importante della vendita stessa, il cliente va coccolato e gestito da persone empatiche. Personalmente sono contento della macchina acquistata, ma avete perso un futuro cliente in futuro. L'attenzione al cliente è più importante di quanto pensate, la macchina si vende da sola.

From there you discover that the coupons made are not there and requested they were not given to me, moreover, by requesting to be called back promptly, I was no longer contacted. I solved the problem myself. Subsequently my wife went to the dealership to get the double keys and the original booklet and she was not even greeted by the seller who sold us the car. Allow me to give you some advice. After-sales is more important than the sale itself, the customer must be pampered and managed by empathetic people. Personally I am happy with the purchased machine, but you have lost a future customer in the future. Attention to the customer is more important than you think, the machine sells itself.
