Unfortunately, the place was almost empty and the waitresses were very obviously bored and uninterested in patrons, we felt a bit like our mere presence was a nuisance, maybe because we're clearly not locals? They brought my friends dish twenty minutes before our pizzas, so we basically watched him eat then he watched us eat. So we left to get dessert somewhere else and won't be recommending it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic place, not much attention to the decoration. The place seems to depend largely on the view of the lake. Food seems okish, however the pizza's which are considered the 'House specialty' seem a bit tasteless. Valpolicella wine was out of stock and the waitresses seem a bit joyless. This last part however depends heavily on the day you visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended to try Berimbao while enjoying an Aperol Spritz in Orta San Giulio. A great recommendation with some great special pizza options on the menu. Cosy atmosphere and as it was dark during our visit, I would love to come back for lunch to experience the lake view from the terrace!
