★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok, but not great. For such a touristic place I was surprised that they did not have English menus. The staff is friendly, but hardly speaks English. The food was ok, but noting you cannot find in most other restaurants. Make sure you check the closing hours, otherwise you might find yourself in a closed restaurant with staff looking over your shoulder as they wait for you to leave. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really friendly at all times, so that was really a plus.
The ambiente was really disturbed by the sheer volume in the restaurant. We got located in a "back room", where they seemingly place larger groups and groups of kids, from which there where 3 present, so that really cranked up the volume.
During the whole entry and the main meal, we got disturbed by a literal ARMY of mosquitos, which wasn't really the restaurants fault, but it was annoying nontheless.
Later in the evening, it started pouring, and that again had a really big impact on the volume, since the roof over our heads was more of a tent roof, so we were barely able to speak with oneanother, since it made a lot of noise.
The food itself can't be rated as a whole. As an entry, we had both the tartare, which was really tasteless and we did not enjoy it at all. It was clearly apparent that it came directly out of the freezer. Plus there wasn't any toast to the tartare, so we just used the bread that was given to all the customers. This wasn't a major problem itself, but normally in restaurants, a tartare is served with toast.
The pizza however did not leave much to be desired. We both enjoyed our pizzas and they were made in the traditional "italian style", with a really thin crust.
