Leider ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich, unmotiviert und gibt dem Kunden nicht das Gefühl, willkommen und geschätzt zu sein. So gibt man nicht gerne das Geld dort aus. Schade!
Good selection of brands, especially for shoes for various mountain sports. Prices are fair.
Unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly, unmotivated and does not make the customer feel welcome and valued. That's not how you like to spend your money there. Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben Wanderschuhe bestellt, leider in der falschen Größe, dem Umtausch wurde ohne Probleme sofort zugestimmt. Leider hatte ich dann eine falsche Adresse für die Rücksendung angegeben, aber auch trotz dieses Fehlers war der Kontakt gleichbleibend super freundlich. Es gab überhaupt keine Schwierigkeiten. Und als perfekten Abschluss eines perfekten Einkauf wurden sogar die Versandkosten für die neuen Schuhe in der richtigen Größe übernommen.
Also: Wenn wir jemals wieder irgendwohin reisen dürfen und es uns dann nach Südtirol verschlägt, dann steht ein Besuch beim Burgfuchs ganz oben auf der Besuchsliste!!! Herzlichen Dank
Have ordered hiking boots, unfortunately in the wrong size, the exchange was agreed immediately without any problems. Unfortunately, I then gave the wrong address for the return, but despite this error, the contact was always super friendly. There was no difficulty at all. And as the perfect end to a perfect purchase, even the shipping costs for the new shoes in the right size were taken over.
So: If we are ever allowed to travel somewhere again and then end up in South Tyrol, then a visit to the Burgfuchs is at the top of the visit list !!! thank you very much

All'interno, ampio e su due livelli, una vasta scelta di abbigliamento tecnico e accessori di qualità per la montagna, il campeggio e gli sport invernali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
The shop is located inside the town and you have to get there on purpose. Parking is free and secured. Inside, large and on two levels, a wide choice of technical clothing and quality accessories for the mountains, camping and winter sports. The value for money is excellent.
