Buono anche come anche come punto osservazione del cielo per la quadrante sud - ovest. Nato l'inquinamento luminoso. Trattandosi di un campo agricolo coltivato, è molto importante non entrare con mezzi a motore e non uscire dalla traccia in terra battuta per non danneggiare le colture soprattutto se queste sono in atto. Da qui ci abbiamo osservato l'eclissi lunare del 27 luglio 2018.
