★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo panoramico molto suggestivo, nella prossima campagna a pochi chilometri dal mare e dal centro. Spazi curati e giardino vivibile. Ottimo per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. Sistemazioni accoglienti e luminose.
Very suggestive panoramic place, in the next countryside a few kilometers from the sea and the center. Manicured spaces and livable garden. Excellent for families or large groups. Cozy and bright accommodation.

The sea view is beautiful, romantic and relaxing. The apartment is large, well distributed and has everything you need. Luca is very kind and always available. Definitely to return.

Absolutely pleasant experience. The apartment is large, bright and comfortable. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes from the sea. Convenient parking. In short, it almost feels like home. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendido Residence a Pesaro, ubicato in zona residenziale di pregio e molto tranquilla. Io e la mia compagna prima del lockdown appena possibile andavamo anche solo per il weekend. Vicinissimo a tutto, completo di ogni confort, molto ampio e luminoso, cucina ben attrezzata. Consigliato anche a famiglie numerose. Un ringraziamento al proprietario Luca, sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale. Appena possibile ci tornerò sicuramente.
Beautiful Residence in Pesaro, located in a prestigious and very quiet residential area. Me and my partner just before lockdown can also only went for the weekend. Very close to everything, complete with every comfort, very large and bright, well equipped kitchen. Also recommended for large families. Thanks to the owner Luca, always helpful, kind and professional. I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

An enchanting place, immersed in the quiet of the hill but very close to the sea. All cared for with great taste and attention. The hospitality was magnificent, flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent few weeks in this Residence, because I needed a place to stay while I was renovating my house. My experience wasn’t then just a holiday, but it was literally living there. I not only felt comfortable, because the house was warm and cozy and I had everything I may needed, but I could also enjoy the amazing view and peace that surrounds the area! Thanks Luca for having me, you have been more than welcoming and generous. See you for sure next time I will need a place to call home!
