Best Pizza restaurant in Italia

A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto informale, ottimo per serate tra amici. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Sono un po' lunghi come tempi rispetto al media, sia per il cibo che per il bere. Ma forse abbiamo beccato la serata sbagliata. La pizza è buona, molto sottile ma la pasta non si rompere ne si sfalda. Bordi anch'essi fini e secchi/croccanti, io preferisco i bordi morbidi. Tuttavia cotta giusta e non bruciacchiata. Ho provato il Birramisù, come da nome, una sorta di Tiramisù ma con la Birra al posto del cafè. Personalmente non mi è piaciuto. Comuque niente da ridere, prezzi buoni, nella media. Niente di eccezionale, ma la pizza è megliore di tanti altri posti. Qui la specialità è la birra. Informal place, great for evenings with friends. Friendly and helpful staff. They are a bit long compared to the average, both for food and for drinking. But maybe we caught the wrong night. The pizza is good, very thin but the dough does not break or fall apart. Edges also fine and dry / crunchy, I prefer soft edges. However just cooked and not charred. I tried the Birramisù, as the name suggests, a sort of Tiramisù but with Beer instead of the cafe. I personally didn't like it. However, no laughing matter, good prices, average. Nothing fancy, but the pizza is better than a lot of other places. Here the specialty is beer.

Possibilità di scegliere tra pizze classiche, bianche e speciali. Quelle che abbiamo preso noi ci hanno soddisfatto come qualità e come costo. Dinner April 2022. Staff with very kind mask.
