Hanno anche la scelta fra impasto integrale oppure normale. Pizza da asporto migliore della zona... Portano anche a domicilio quindi ottimo per le serate che non si ha voglia di fare nulla ma si vuole mangiare bene... Ingredienti sempre freschi... Consigliatissimo!!! La pizza che preparano non è quella nordica, ovvero con la pasta sottile e croccante, ma neanche della pizza tipica napoletana, ovvero soffice e con il bordo alto (che ho imparato ad apprezzare al sud). È un buon compromesso tra le due versioni, che a me non dispiace. L'impasto è buona fattura, gli altri ingredienti anche. Ogni tanto l'impasto è un po' stressato oppure troppo cotto, la maggior parte delle volte però è ok. È per questo motivo che ho valutato con tre stelle la pizzeria, ma sono comunque a consigliarvela. C'è possibilità di parcheggio, e i tempi di attesa sono buoni. Prima del Covid era possibile mangiare la pizza nella saletta accanto. C'è la consegna a domicilio. Da provare. The pizza they prepare is not the Nordic one, that is with thin and crunchy dough, but not even the typical Neapolitan pizza, that is soft and with a high edge (which I have come to appreciate in the south). It's a good compromise between the two versions, which I don't mind. The dough is well made, the other ingredients too. Sometimes the dough is a little stressed or overcooked, but most of the time it's ok. It is for this reason that I have rated the pizzeria with three stars, but I am still recommending it. There is parking available, and waiting times are good. Before Covid it was possible to eat pizza in the next room. There is home delivery. To try.
