Unica pecca, ma non da attribuire alla struttura, l'assenza di strisce pedonali per attraversare la strada. Consigliatissimo We stayed in this "residence" for 6 nights, a new apartment equipped with every comfort, friendly and helpful owners, a strategic position to visit the most beautiful places. The only flaw, but not to be attributed to the structure, is the absence of pedestrian crossings to cross the road. Highly recommended

Sicuramente da ritornarci. Cozy and comfortable location with excellent swimming pool and hot tub, friendly and helpful staff and owners, comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, the Biancopepe restaurant of the same owners located in Ortigia is also excellent. Definitely to go back.

Consigliatissimo! We stayed in this structure as a couple with his girlfriend and we had a great time: excellent cleaning, swimming pool and whirlpool; courteous, kind and helpful staff ... Highly recommended!

Abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di un'altra giornata per poter godere ancora dell'accoglienza. Consigliato. Ci torneremo. A little corner of paradise. Nice rooms, clean. The structure kept well. Swimming pool and hot tub. Very good owner. We extended our stay for another day to be able to enjoy the welcome again. Advised. We will be back.

Perfetto per un soggiorno tranquillo e in comodità. Stanze grandi, arredate e complete di ogni necessità, spazi esterni verdi e molto rilassanti. Torneremo sicuramente. Perfect for reaching all the most important areas of the place, including the beaches. The villa is beautiful and well-kept and the staff are kind and helpful. Perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay. Large rooms, furnished and complete with every need, green and very relaxing outdoor spaces. We will definitely be back.

Sono mini appartamenti che non comprende pulizie, cambio biancheria giornaliera e colazione come accade nei veri b&b. Presente piscina idromassaggio non utilizzata perche non funzionante. Quindi per tali motivi prezzo troppo alto in rapporto al servizio offerto. Ah dimenticavo chiesto espressamente pagamento in contanti... Very nice and well-kept structure ... unfortunately it is presented as a b & b but actually it is not !!! They are mini apartments that do not include cleaning, daily linen change and breakfast as happens in real b & bs. Present hydro-massage pool not used because it is not working. Therefore for these reasons the price is too high in relation to the service offered. Oh I forgot expressly asked for payment in cash ...
