★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona la posizione,vicina alla spiaggia,I proprietari gentili e cortesi,buona la colazione con ottime brioche e tanta frutta comoda la camera,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le B&B se trouve à 3 minutes à pied de la plage.
Les chambres sont climatisées.
Mr Christian et son frère, très gentils, sont présents tous les matins pour servir le petit déjeuner. En cas de soucis le reste de la journée, il est possible de les contacter par téléphone.
Quelques points négatifs sont malheureusement à relever : le bruit la nuit est insupportable, nous avions l'impression de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes.
Le lit n'est pas du tout confortable, il est vraiment trop dur.
Il n'y a aucune pression au niveau de la douche ce qui n'est vraiment pas pratique pour se doucher, surtout lorsque l'on a les cheveux longs.
Le B&B se trouve au cœur d'un village résidentiel, il n'y a rien à faire dans les alentours à part la plage.
The B&B is a 3-minute walk from the beach.
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Mr Christian and his brother, very nice, are present every morning to serve breakfast. If you have any concerns the rest of the day, you can contact them by phone.
Some negative points are unfortunately to be noted: the noise at night is unbearable, we had the impression of sleeping with the windows open.
The bed is not at all comfortable, it is really too hard.
There is no pressure in the shower which is really not practical for showering, especially with long hair.
The B&B is located in the heart of a residential village, there is nothing to do in the surrounding area except the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, pulita e confortevole, probabilmente fi recente ristrutturazione. Ci hanno accolto mettendosi a disposizione per variare l'orario di check-out. Colazione giusta, dolce e salata, da consumare nei tavolini all'ombra degli alberi (grazie al bel tempo). Comodo parcheggio interno e accesso alla spiaggia da una via peronale proprio di fronte al cancello.
Excellent structure, clean and comfortable, probably recent renovation. They welcomed us by making themselves available to vary the check-out time. Right breakfast, sweet and salty, to be consumed in the tables in the shade of the trees (thanks to good weather). Convenient indoor parking and access to the beach from a peronal street right in front of the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La villa Finardi è gestita da 2 fratelli molto cordiali e ospitali. La camera un po' piccina aveva tutto il necessario per passare una notte fresca e riposante. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a pochi passi dal b&b è li intorno ci sono varie possibilità di un pranzo veloce.
The Finardi villa is run by two very friendly and hospitable brothers. The rather small room had everything needed to spend a fresh and restful night. The beach is reachable within walking distance from the b & b is around there are various possibilities for a quick lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato in un punto strategico,tra siracusa e avola, sono facilmente raggiungibili altri luoghi di interesse come Modica Marzamemi, Ragusa, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide... inoltre la struttura è pochi passi da un mare meraviglioso e pulito. Il b&b è delizioso ed arredato con cura. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ottima e abbondante colazione sia dolce che salata! Consigliatissimo!
Located at a strategic point between Syracuse and Avola, are easy to reach other places of interest such as Marzamemi Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide ... also the structure is just steps from a beautiful and clean sea. The bed and breakfast is delicious and carefully furnished. Friendly and helpful owners. Excellent and hearty breakfast sweet and salty! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il B&B è delizioso: vista mare, giardino interno, spiaggia a 10 metri dal cancello, parcheggio interno gratuito, colazione dolce e salata abbondante....Pulito ed arredato con gusto. Ho soggiornato con un bambino di 2 anni che è stato accolto e per il quale mi é stato offerto anche l uso della cucina: la cordialità e l ospitalità dei gestori è unica. unico consiglio: tenere pulita la piscina ...sarebbe un quid in più...Lo consiglio vivamente!
The B&B is delightful: sea view, internal garden, beach 10 meters from the gate, free internal parking, abundant sweet and savory breakfast .... Clean and tastefully furnished. I stayed with a 2 year old who was welcomed and for whom I was also offered the use of the kitchen: the friendliness and hospitality of the managers is unique. only advice: keep the pool clean ... would be a quid more ... I highly recommend it!
