Peccato che il contatto umano sia stato pari a zero (non troviamo la discriminante Covid un giustificativo, in quanto nell'albergo successivo i proprietari sono stati squisiti, presenti e disponibili usando tutte le precauzioni del caso). Ho avuto difficoltà a trovare il posto e provando a chiamare i numeri messi a disposizione, in uno scattava la segreteria, mentre l'altro risultava inesistente. Quando invece abbiamo chiesto informazioni per il pagamento, allo stesso numero contattato precedentemente (questa volta tramite messaggio whatsapp) la risposta è stata immediatamente. Noi non ci siamo trovati bene sotto il punto di vista contatto umano, che è stato inesistente. Nice B&B, clean room, tidy bathroom. Too bad that the human contact was zero (we do not find the Covid discriminant a justification, as in the next hotel the owners were exquisite, present and available using all the necessary precautions). I had difficulty finding the place and trying to call the numbers made available, in one the answering machine clicked, while the other was non-existent. When instead we asked for payment information, the answer was immediately to the same number contacted previously (this time via whatsapp message). We did not feel good from the point of view of human contact, which was non-existent.

Una grande pecca purtroppo è stata la mancanza di acqua calda, siamo stati costretti a fare una doccia fredda. Abbiamo controllato anche la caldaia per controllare se l'acqua calda fosse spenta ma niente da fare, solo acqua fredda. Very nice and characteristic, in the center of Suvereto and half an hour by car from Piombino. A big flaw unfortunately was the lack of hot water, we were forced to take a cold shower. We also checked the boiler to see if the hot water was off but nothing to do, just cold water.
F	Fabrizio Infante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato il pernottamento telefonicamente e si sono dimenticati di inviarci il codice di apertura per recuperare le chiavi della stanza, quando siamo arrivati al b&b non ci ha accolto nessuno e quindi abbiamo dovuto richiamare per chiedere nuovamente il codice. Nella stanza, non pulitissima, era presente qualche piuma di piccione, il condizionatore era in pessime condizioni e rotto, inoltre, quando ho aperto l'acqua nella doccia sono caduti i due pezzi che formano il doccino. La mattina seguente non c'era nessuno con cui interagire e nonostante sia un B&B, della colazione nemmeno l'ombra per via del Covid, anche se il prezzo la prevedeva eccome.. Si sarebbe potuta organizzare in modo da mantenere comunque le norme di sicurezza ma offrendo un servizio al cliente, che tra l'altro è stato pagato. Come ciliegina sulla torta, siamo stati noi che abbiamo dovuto richiedere più volte il link per il pagamento della camera, come se ai proprietari, oltre alle critiche dei clienti, non interessasse nemmeno essere pagati. Lo sconsigliamo totalmente. I booked the overnight stay by phone and they forgot to send us the opening code to retrieve the room keys, when we arrived at the b & b no one welcomed us and therefore we had to call back to ask for the code again. In the room, not very clean, there were some pigeon feathers, the air conditioner was in poor condition and broken, moreover, when I turned on the water in the shower the two pieces that form the shower fell off. The next morning there was no one to interact with and despite being a B & B, not even the shadow of breakfast due to Covid, even if the price provided for it all right .. It could have been organized in order to maintain safety standards anyway but by offering customer service, which among other things has been paid for. As the icing on the cake, it was we who had to request the link to pay for the room several times, as if the owners, in addition to customer criticism, didn't even care about being paid. We totally advise against it.
E	En. Be. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna accoglienza all'arrivo. Non sono mai state pulite o rifatte le camere durante tutta la permanenza. Mai cambiato gli asciugamani. Aria condizionata non funzionante per 2 giorni. Nessuna colazione, nemmeno un'alternativa convebzionata con qualche bar. Carino il prato sintetico se almeno avessero passato l'aspirapolvere ogni tanto. Per il testo la spiaggia di san vincenzo merita. No welcome on arrival. The rooms were never cleaned or redone during the entire stay. Never changed the towels. Air conditioning not working for 2 days. No breakfast, not even a conventioned alternative with some bars. Nice synthetic lawn if at least they had vacuumed every now and then. For the text the beach of san vincenzo deserves.

Arrivo alle 17, nessuno alla struttura, chiamo il loro cellulare e non "avevano visto" la prenotazione, comunque non c'era stanza disponibile e mi è stata addebitato il totale per la prenotazione. La loro "proposta" per aiutarmi era farmi pagare altra struttura che mi costerebbe 100 euro in più (oltre a quello che devo ora aspettare il rimborso). Vacanza rovinata. I made my reservation this morning at 8 on booking.com. Room available and confirmed. I arrive at 5 pm, no one at the hotel, I call their cell phone and they have not "seen" the reservation, however there was no room available and I was charged the total for the reservation. Their "proposal" to help me was to pay me another structure that would cost me 100 euros more (in addition to what I now have to wait for a refund). Ruined vacation.
A	Antonio Sansalone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aria condizionata rumorosa, senza luce nel bagno, sapone per lavarsi solo una confezione da doccia a testa. Pulizia sufficiente. Personale disponibile e gentile. Per una notte si può fare! Noisy AC, no light in the bathroom, soap to wash only one shower pack each. Sufficient cleaning. Helpful and kind staff. For one night you can do it!

Per il resto bocciato, la struttura sarebbe anche carina ma nella stanza c'era un frigo rumorosissimo e proprio sotto alla finestra c'era il condizionatore dell'altra stanza al piano di sotto quindi non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Nonostante il giardino esterno con tavoli e sedie non hanno neanche servito la colazione (causa covid ma potevano farlo senza problemi) senza peraltro scontare nulla. Non vale assolutamente la cifra spesa. Bocciato. Passage night on the way to Elba. Excellent location very close to the center of Suvereto. For the rest rejected, the structure would also be nice but in the room there was a very noisy fridge and right under the window there was the air conditioner in the other room downstairs so we didn't sleep a wink. Despite the outdoor garden with tables and chairs they did not even serve breakfast (due to covid but they could do it without problems) without paying anything. It is absolutely not worth the amount spent. Failed.
