Quiet, clean, has air-conditioning, heater, close to trail, can be hard to find, walk to the church and continue uphill up the small path with the church to your right hand.

Expensive (like everything). Room didn't have a key (broken) and towels were old and dirty looking. Very basic breakfast. Good location for volcano ? however

Absolutely loved this place. Individual ensuite rooms with minibar and other basic facilities. The best part of the stay was the huge garden in the property with lemons, oranges, pines, plantain amongst a hundred other things! Breakfast (included in the rent) was served on the terrace with a beautiful view of Stromboliccho and the sea surrounding it. Definitely be if the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in.

Very nice lady, Valentina. Good breakfast, clean room and very friendly. We got our departure delayed because of bad weather, and she gave us the rooms for the delayed nights too. Also, there's an awesome view on the sea from the front of the house

Poor. No breakfast was available, missing the point of the second B in B&B. The other main issue was that, in the complex of rooms/buildings, we could not find the owner again to discuss anything, such as: the mains supply that kept cutting out, the musty damp feel to the bedclothes, the shower that lasted just 5 mins before going cold and the noisy building work that was going on behind our room. On a more minor note, the place looked a real mess, with bottles, tools, plastic pipes and so on scattered around. I understand we were there off season, but in that case consider charging €10 a night and run it as a bunkhouse. It's a good job Stromboli is such a fantastic place!

The location was perfect for us as we like to be away from crowds. The beauty of the gardens was marvelous and staff was very helpful and welcoming (breakfast was served at 5:30am so we catch catch our ferry at 6:15). Unfortunately, our room (#9) was VERY hot (direct sunlight and no possible air circulation unless we opened the door but a fan was provided), very bright because there were no curtains on several windows and it was directly on the main passageway and therefore quite noisy. (I'm certain other rooms do not have these same problems). Breakfast was not great and could definitely be improved, especially considering the price of the rooms, but the view from the terrace is glorious!

It's an amazing place, immersed in the nature of this lush garden. It's a bit away and uphill from the main roads, but anything can be reached within 10 mins walk.. However a taxi lift can also be arranged by the B&B upon request. There is a spectacular view on both the volcano and the sea right in front of your face all the time. The sky you see here at night is something I bet you have never seen before. The sound of nature in this place is beyond any value: so many birds chirping, the wind through all of these different trees and occasionally even the explosion from the volcano can be heard all day long. The rooms are fine with every comfort, including air conditioning (even though this amazing garden is truly the coolest place in the island), each one of them has its own private terrace embedded in the garden. The owners are sweet and very helpful people. The breakfast is ok and served on a spectacular big terrace with breathtaking view.. Perhaps the coffee could be improved and maybe some fresh fruit as part of the offering would be nice too :) I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to really unplug and declutter their mind. I will be back!
