Personalmente mi sono trovato bene sotto ogni punto di vista, ma se devo sottolineare un aspetto che reputo più unico che raro, è la totale e costante disponibilità da parte del signor Lucio. È sempre stato presente per ogni necessità anche “extra”. Non posso che consigliare questo B&B, e con questa recensione colgo l’occasione per ringraziare ancora il signor Lucio per lo spirito e la dedizione con cui tratta i suoi clienti. I stayed at this B&B for just over a month. Personally, I felt good from every point of view, but if I have to underline an aspect that I consider more unique than rare, it is the total and constant availability on the part of Mr. Lucio. He has always been there for every need, even "extra". I can only recommend this B&B, and with this review I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lucio again for the spirit and dedication with which he treats his customers.

Ambiente familiare, pulito e ben ubicato. Centrico e vicino alle stazioni dei bus e treni che si possono raggiungere a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Dalla mia stanza potevo vedere il Castello di Conegliano. Lucio e sua moglie Rossana sono molto disponibili e gentili. Sanno decisamente come va trattato il cliente. Sicuramente quando tornerò in Italia li passerò a salutare! Magari fossero tutti come loro ! Vi auguro tante belle cose ! I am an Expat from Conegliano. Due to a family emergency, I had to rush to Italy from one day to the next. And luckily I found Lucio! Family atmosphere, clean and well located. Centrally located and close to bus and train stations which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. From my room I could see the Conegliano Castle. Lucio and his wife Rossana are very helpful and kind. They definitely know how the customer is to be treated. Surely when I return to Italy I will pass them by to say hello! Wish they were all like them! I wish you many beautiful things!

Personale cortese e professionale. Speciale menzione al simpaticissimo signor Lucio, proprietario-gestore, disponibilissimo: a tutte le ore, a consigliare località turistiche nelle vicinanze e a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta. Very clean and tidy environment, located in the very quiet center of Conegliano and close to the train station. Abundant and varied breakfast. Courteous and professional staff. Special mention to the very nice Mr. Lucio, owner-manager, very available: at all hours, to recommend tourist locations nearby and to meet every request.
O	Oriana Agnellino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho alloggiato al B&B delle rose varie volte negli ultimi mesi ed è stato come trovarsi a casa. Dall'accoglienza all'uscita, Lucio e Rossana (il propietario e sua moglie) sono stati capaci di non farmi sentire come un'estranea in un B&B, ma come una persona "di famiglia". Sempre disponibili e precisi, anche in situazioni che normalmente non richiederebbero il loro intervento non si tirano indietro. Menzione speciale va alle buonissime torte di Rossana e alle preziosissime dritte di Lucio, che per chi come me viene da tutt'altra zona sono come oro! La posizione del B&B, inoltre, è comodissima: in pieno centro a Conegliano e a pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e del capolinea degli autobus. Da lì quasi tutto è raggiungibile comodamente anche a piedi, persino la biblioteca! Consigliatissima opzione per chi pensa di fare una sosta in città per svago o per lavoro. I have stayed at B&B delle rose several times over the past few months and it was like being at home. From the welcome to the exit, Lucio and Rossana (the owner and his wife) were able to not make me feel like a stranger in a B&B, but like a "family" person. Always available and precise, even in situations that normally would not require their intervention, they do not hold back. Special mention goes to Rossana's delicious cakes and Lucio's very precious tips, which for someone like me who comes from a completely different area are like gold! The location of the B&B is also very convenient: in the center of Conegliano and a few meters from the railway station and the bus terminal. From there, almost everything can be easily reached on foot, even the library! Highly recommended option for those thinking of making a stop in the city for leisure or for work.

Ma questo posto è stato il più deludente per le due notte visute, visto il trattamento razziste che ho subito, oltre il fatto che in questo b&b gli ospiti sono autorizzati ad accedere alla cucina per la colazione ma per il pranzo o la cena per chi si fa arrivare un asporto devi mangiare in camera... E agli ospiti è proibito comunicare, socializzare o chiedessi info tra di loro. Tenere conto che la camera n°3 per un costo di 120 euro ha il suo bagno a l'esterno e non è aerato ... E non ce nessuo posto auto, nel peggio dei casi non lo trovi nelle vicinanze. Strano ma è stato la mia esperienza. Sconsiglio vivamente. I have stayed in many b & bs, hotels, etc. from the South to the North of Italy. But this place was the most disappointing for the two nights visited, given the racist treatment I suffered, as well as the fact that in this b & b guests are allowed to access the kitchen for breakfast but for lunch or dinner for those who are brings a takeaway you have to eat in the room ... And guests are prohibited from communicating, socializing or asking for information between them. Take into account that room n ° 3 for a cost of 120 euros has its own bathroom on the outside and is not ventilated ... And there is no parking space, in the worst case you can't find it nearby. Strange but it was my experience. I strongly advise against.

The host is very welcome and friendly, speaks good English. The place is very clean, the breakfast is good and consists of bisques and home made pie. Very recommend)
