★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto ideale per riposare tranquilli. Ordine e pulizia nel comprensorio. Ma in casa.....camera piccola...pulizia pari a Zero. Lampadario pieno di polvere. In bagno scopino del water indecente. Nella doccia il piatto circondato da muffa.la ventola di areazione stracolma di fiocchi di polvere..niente bagno schiuma. Solo un Po di sapone...la signora delle pulizie gentilissima ma non ha i mezzi adatti come un aspirapolvere decente..peccato!perché sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ce da rivedere un .

 Ideal place to rest peacefully. Order and cleanliness in the area. But at home ..... small room ... zero cleaning. Chandelier full of dust. In the bathroom toilet brush indecent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato bene, la stanza era pulita ed il servizio è stato accomodante. Il paese è a due passi e, tra una pizzeria molto accomodante e un supermercato con del personale simpatico, una cenetta si fa senza problemi.
Consiglio personale: ciabattine (il bagno è in comune al primo piano)
I was fine, the room was clean and the service was accommodating. The town is a stone's throw away and, between a very accommodating pizzeria and a supermarket with friendly staff, a dinner is done without problems.
Personal tip: slippers (the bathroom is shared on the first floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità prezzo pessima. Letto di pancali materasso di 7 cm . Bagno in camera con ventola da aspirazione rumorosa. Frigo in comune pieno di ghiaccio. Chiavi che non funzionano. Scrive con colazione ma non fornita . Scrive con giardino ma è condominiale . Non Scrive terzo piano senza ascensore. La governante da le chiavi e prende i soldi ma non da subito la ricevuta......
Bad price quality. Bed of 7 cm mattress pallets. En-suite bathroom with noisy suction fan. Shared fridge full of ice. Keys that don't work. Writes with breakfast but not provided. He writes with a garden but is condominium. Doesn't write third floor without elevator. The housekeeper gives the keys and takes the money but does not immediately give the receipt ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si definisce un b&b ma in realtà è un affittacamere. Dove non è specificato che per andare in bagno bisogna attraversare l'appartamento comune con altri ospiti.
B&B (bad & breakfast) dove la colazione viene solo citata nelle descrizioni ma non viene fornita (dice causa covid) ma è una palese scusa. L'aria condizionata non funziona, di sera si è invasi da zanzare.Non fornisce ricevuta al pagamento e preferisce il contante...
It defines itself as a b & b but in reality it is a guest house. Where it is not specified that to go to the bathroom you have to cross the shared apartment with other guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tutti i b&b che sono stata non ho mai trovato un posto dove mancava, sapone per le mani, bagno/doccia in bustine per lavarsi ed un rotolo di carta igienica iniziato....e nessuno a chi rivolgersi.....un vero squallore e meno male che era NATALE.....
In all the b & b that I have been I have never found a place where it was missing, hand soap, bath / shower in sachets for washing and a roll of toilet paper started .... and no one to turn to ..... a real squalor and thank goodness it was CHRISTMAS .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too much. Worst communication and no care for the business at all. If ever all the rooms in the world are not available anymore than you can try to book at this awfull spot. But avoid to book here. Awfull breakfast and awfull attitude for this kind of business. We had the worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great. In the beautiful outskirts of the town, the rooms are very comfortable with all the necessaries. The owner Sergio is the kindest around. The only issue is that a car should be needed because the only other way in & out is by taxi or bus, which are scarce
