Really nice decorated hostel and facilities but only too many beds in the room Owner is very helpfull

People are very friendly and the hostel is most cosy. Beds and wifi are good, everything is clean, really liked it.

So so so so far from everywhere, it's an odd place , pretty dodgy I don't want to be specific Go somewhere else

Pavia hostel is very nice, really clean and organized, the neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet and there is a supermarket nearby with lots of ready-to-eat goodies. It's also at a 25 minute walk from the train station.

Amazing service, great location, friendly staff, tidy room, airconditioning included in the room price, good price. Honestly had a great stay here. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Pavia!

There is everything you need for a few days staying: hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, fresh bed and towels, a TV. The stuff is friendly and kind. We should have come to check in in the afternoon but we came earlyer so we found this nice message with the keys inside. Highly recommended

I made a reservation and paid for the stay early then an emergency came up and had to reschedule my stay because i couldn’t come to pavia but they refused to reschedule my stay and they were very rude to me and even my mom, so basically they stole my money and spoke very rudely to me and my mother.

Seriously appalling rooms. Appears to belong to a rogue family cramming in, long stay Indian and multinational students six at a time in rooms 4m x4m with 3 cupboards, no draws broken appliances and dirty rooms. 1 fridge for circa 30 persons 1 tiny washing machine that has seen better days absolutely no where to dry clothes. Rep said hang on fence is ok?!!! Whilst I was there in the late night as many were preparing for bed a gang of 5/6 of the landlords family pushed into the rooms without asking and started demanding who people were and asking for identification. These students had been resident for some time and had previously shown passports to the reps , as indeed I had before entry was allowed. I asked who these people were and then he stated it was his home and wanted my name and passport whilst pushing me back into the room. At this point I instigated that the police were called. Upon their arrival both points of view were heard and the pack were sent home. No it was not their home, they didn’t live there it was one of very many properties that they owned. I was surprised that the police were not interested in the total lack of social distancing in the property something still operating in all other accommodations that I have visited in Italy After talking to many residents I discovered that over and above the terrible conditions and overcrowding. They all were made to wait, usually on the road,for periods of between 40 minutes and one hour whilst awaiting the rep to arrive. They had all been promised someone would be there to welcome them. In my case I received numerous phone calls and was also promised entry at a specific time. I waited 45 minutes, including phoning the office who new nothing!! When the rep arrived he said, he new nothing because it was his first day so merely took my money and ID copying them for their company records. Probably one of the most expensive dormitory rooms I have used and definitely the worst. Do not use this hole. All of my points can be verified with various residents whose contact details I have and the police report. This property is listed as a pilgrim friendly accommodation lol. I pray to God that the Francigena remove them immediately.
