★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura completamente rinnovata da poco, personale molto accogliente e disponibilissimo! Camere pulitissime ,colazione eccellente. Spazio esterno con zona relax, amaca e divanetti , l'unico rumore a rompere il silenzio è la fontanella del laghetto. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono passare qualche giorno in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo a due passi dal centro. Ero stato tempo addietro sempre per lavoro ed è imparagonabile dal cambio di gestione. Davvero complimenti sia per il rinnovo camere , bagni e zona esterna .

 Structure completely renovated recently, very welcoming and extremely helpful staff! Spotless rooms, excellent breakfast. Outdoor space with relaxation area, hammock and sofas, the only noise to break the silence is the fountain of the pond. I recommend it to all those who want to spend a few days in a quiet area and at the same time close to the center. I had always been back for work and it is incomparable from the change of management. Kudos to both the rooms, bathrooms and outdoor area renovation.
I recommend to everyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il B&B è completamente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e molto ben arredato con cura ai dettagli ed al benessere degli ospiti.
Dispone di un'area relax esterna con un bel giardino dove rilassarsi respirando l'aria dei colli bolognesi. La camera è molto grande e molto spazioso anche il bagno.
I gestori sono persone accoglienti e molto gentili; attenti al cliente e capaci di farlo sentire come a casa.
La colazione è abbondante con prodotti sia fatti in casa sia no e anche qui c'è cura e attenzione ai dettagli.
Comodissima anche la posizione.
Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le future trasferte a Bologna.
The B&B is completely renovated, very clean and very well furnished with attention to detail and the well-being of the guests.
It has an outdoor relaxation area with a beautiful garden where you can relax by breathing the air of the Bolognese hills. The room is very large and the bathroom is also very spacious.
The managers are welcoming and very kind people; attentive to the customer and able to make him feel at home.
The breakfast is abundant with both homemade and non-homemade products and here too there is care and attention to detail.
The location is also very convenient.
It will be our point of reference for future trips to Bologna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij waren drie nachten in dit verblijf. De ervaring is 'dubbel': erg stille en dus aangename locatie. Nette, ruime badkamer met heerlijk snel warm water om te douchen. Zeer goed bed/matras. Beetje bijzonder, maar leuk interieur van de kamer. Netheid is ok. Wat ondermaats is: ontbijt is er niet echt, wel fruit en koekjes, fruitsap e.d. beschikbaar tijdens de hele dag. Koffie is via een automaat, met capsules, doch die werkt niet zo goed. Ontbijt dient op de kamer genuttigd. De gastvrouw is vriendelijk, doch bleek niet makkelijk bereikbaar wat soms jammer is als bijvoorbeeld de koffie-automaat niet werkt. Maar gezien de voordelige prijs en bijvoorbeeld de autobus die vlakbij passeert is 't toch een positieve ervaring.
We were three nights in this residence. The experience is 'double': very quiet and therefore pleasant location. Neat, spacious bathroom with wonderfully fast hot water for a shower. Very good bed/mattress. A bit special, but nice interior of the room. Cleanliness is ok. What is below average: breakfast is not really there, but fruit and biscuits, fruit juice, etc. are available throughout the day. Coffee is through a vending machine, with capsules, but it doesn't work very well. Breakfast must be taken in the room. The hostess is friendly, but was not easily accessible, which is sometimes a shame if, for example, the coffee machine does not work. But given the favorable price and, for example, the bus that passes nearby, it is still a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo in un luogo strategico a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città..una camera splendida.. pulizia, professionalità ed efficienza, proprietari gentili e cordiali.. meglio di un albergo.. ci siamo trovati benissimo.. nulla da criticare su ogni punto di vista.. lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vengono a visitare Bologna
Beautiful place in a strategic place 10 minutes walk from the city center .. a splendid room .. cleanliness, professionalism and efficiency, kind and friendly owners .. better than a hotel .. we had a great time .. nothing to criticize on every point of view .. I recommend it to all those who come to visit Bologna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B un po' fuori mano ma ben collegato grazie ad autobus che ti porta in centro in pochi minuti. Il posto è carino, le stanze niente male. A nostro avviso l'unica pecca era il cattivo odore nel bagno anche se quest'ultimo era pulito. (Consiglierei di applicare qualche profuma ambiente)
B&B a little out of the way but well connected thanks to buses that take you to the center in a few minutes. The place is nice, the rooms are not bad. In our opinion the only flaw was the bad smell in the bathroom even though the latter was clean. (I would recommend applying some ambient perfumes)
