★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin recepción ni personal. Te abren otros huéspedes. Tienes que llamar al propietario al llegar (quien no habla bien inglés).
El colchón de muelles muy deteriorado e incómodo.
El propietario no tiene claro ni el número de la puerta de las habitaciones del Palazzo, indicando la 14, que es la casa de otra señora (realmente es 16 y 17)
 No reception or staff. Other guests open for you. You have to call the owner on arrival (who doesn't speak English well).
The spring mattress very deteriorated and uncomfortable.
The owner is not clear about the door number of the Palazzo's rooms, indicating 14, which is the house of another lady (it is really 16 and 17)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout simplement horrible. Nous sommes arrivé devant une porte fermé sans aucune indication, nous sonnons et on nous ouvre la porte à distance sans meme nous parler. Nous montons à l’étage et nous retrouvons également devant une porte fermé. Nous nous retrouvons dans un couloir sans personne pour la prise en charge, nous trouvons juste un clé sur le serrure d’une chambre vide que nous avons donc estimer être là notre. Nous essayons de joindre le responsable avec le numéro afficher sur la porte mais le numéro n’est pas attribuer. Nous sommes donc parti en direction d’un autre hôtel, nous ne restons pas dans un endroit pareil sans responsable où tout le monde peut rentrer sans aucune surveillance !! En plus de tout ça aucun remboursement n’est possible
Simply horrible. We arrived in front of a closed door without any indication, we rang and the door was opened to us remotely without even speaking to us. We go upstairs and also find ourselves in front of a closed door. We find ourselves in a corridor with no one to take care of us, we just find a key on the lock of an empty room which we therefore consider to be there. We are trying to reach the manager with the number displayed on the door but the number is not assigned. So we left in the direction of another hotel, we do not stay in such a place without manager where everyone can return without any supervision !! In addition to all this, no refund is possible
