Vriendelijk personeel en de Vespa zag er nog heel goed uit. Top! Rented a Vespa from Becuzzi for a day. An absolute must! A nicer and more "Italian" way to explore the area than from the car. Friendly staff and the Vespa still looked very good. Top!

Helm, Notfallset und Schloss - alles war in einem Rucksack dabei. Das Bike wurde uns zur Ferienwohnung gebracht und wieder abgeholt, einfach super ? danke! Absolutely great service! We rented an eBike and were really impressed! The bike worked perfectly and reliably. Helmet, emergency kit and lock - everything was in a backpack. The bike was brought to the apartment and picked up again, just great ? thank you!

J	Joyce Maddox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience! Lovely couple and their daughter who own this shop. Only shop in Volterra that sell tires for bikes. Rents electric bikes, Vespas, Motorcycles amd e bikes. We also rented a Vespa for 1 day (60€), drove to the seaside (+100km) and only payed 5€ for gass. At the gas station we payed 20€ and only used 5€ for gasoline. The machine didn't return our 15€ change. The Becuzzi rent family payed us the change back, so we didn't had to go through the trouble of going back to the gas station and try to get our money back. We highly appreciate this! Grazie mile! Service ????? Price????? Quality ?????

We were worried about losing the deposit we left with the rental company, but the clerk was really relaxed about the whole affair and only charged us a small sum of money. She was almost more concerned about the driver's health than the scooter's condition. She even cleaned and bandaged the driver's scrapes :) 5 stars!

The People from Becuzzi Rent were super friendly and gave us advise on where to go. Furhtermore we have been lucky - Becuzzi REnt is also a Garage and we had Problems on our car (one light fell off). They helped us and fixed it with no additional charges. Thank you again very much!
