i	ilario arnuti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ daCANCELLARE direttrice del centro per niente professionale con un pacchetto preso su Groupon x 3 semimanie piedi,il 1 mi hanno fatto aspettare 15min,il 2 e terzo non mi hanno fatto i piedi come previsto in quanto ero in ritardo ma.. ilCULMINE la terza volta mi hanno disdetto due ore prima , dicendo che una delle ragazze non stava bene ma quando sono andata ieri, in ritardo di10 Min,(la ragazza c era) x cercare parcheggio (introvabile ,e questo è un altra pecca di quel posto )e mi avevano anche visto cercarlo... La "direttrice " bah!e Ludovica,si sono rifiutate di farmi i piedi,dopo fatto le mani con Azzurra che molto brava e professionale lei,. Quindi che dire...ho perso 2 semipermanenti piedi e forse pure la multa e loro una possibile ceienti...anche se penso che ci sono abituate visto giochetti che fanno Aprendo e chiudendo centri ,l' avevo già trovate in un altro posto..anni prima Ci sarà un motivo o no? Un vero peccato non saper lavorare poiché il centro e pure carino.. C	Chris Thousands on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio non è particolarmente accurato ma quello che disturba di più è l'atteggiamento.In un beauty Centre mi aspetto persone dai modi gradevoli,che sanno rivolgersi alle clienti con cordialità e voglia di prendersi cura della tua bellezza e farti uscire meglio di come sei entrata...voglio prendermi un momento per me.. e non è questo il caso.Peccato che a questa attività sfugga proprio il concept.Leggo che altri utenti condividono questo pensiero e il tono delle risposte ai vari commenti riflette perfettamente quanto trovi al centro.Non è un'esperienza che ripeterò gli auguro di arrabbiarsi meno dei commenti e fare un momento di riflessione:dalle critiche si cresce in bocca al lupo The service is not particularly accurate but what disturbs the most is the attitude.In a beauty center I expect people with pleasant ways, who know how to address customers with cordiality and the desire to take care of your beauty and make you come out better than you are entry ... Io mi son trovata davvero bene . Tutte le collaboratrici sono oltre che professionali anche gentili e dolci. Ogni volta per me era una coccola di relax , soprattutto dopo il lavoro. Ritornerò sicuramente per altri trattamenti. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Super recommended! The property is in one of the central areas of Rome, 2 steps from the Re di Roma metro and also from the San Giovanni metro. I found myself really well. All the collaborators are not only professional but also kind and sweet. Every time for me it was a pampering of relaxation, especially after work. I will definitely return for other treatments. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ho trovato cortesia, puntualità, competenza. Non faccio quasi mai recensioni, ma questa volta mi ha fatto piacere farlo. Consiglio questo centro. Forse unico problema può essere il parcheggio per la macchina (metro A ha la fermata a 5 minuti). Per il resto è ok! I purchased a Groupon of 3 massages and I was very happy with it. I have subsequently purchased other packages. I found courtesy, punctuality, competence. I hardly ever do reviews, but this time I enjoyed doing it. I recommend this center. Perhaps the only problem may be parking for the car (metro A stops 5 minutes away). For the rest it is ok!

Il primo è stato eseguito da una ragazza che ha pensato di farlo con una sola mano (con l'altra era intenta a messaggiare o a fare chissà chè) "solo dietro perché sei messa male, la prossima volta continuiamo davanti"; il secondo è stato perso nonostante avessi chiesto quanto ritardo potessi fare (a causa del parcheggio introvabile)hanno deciso di essere così cortesi e dirmi "ormai è tardi o fai 10 minuti o lo perdi"; il terzo è stato eseguito da una ragazza molto gentile ed educata, la quale non credo centri qualcosa con le Signore della reception che quando sono arrivata mi hanno guardata come se fossi una folle impazzita asserendo di essere "Scioccobasite".Perché? Perché sono entrata all'interno del centro, dopo aver ovviamente salutato, mettendomi a sedere poiché le Signore stavano fumando tutte insieme davanti l'ingresso, ovviamente senza mascherina, facendo sì che una puzza di fumo infestasse l'intero centro. Risparmiate i vostri soldi, sono poco professionali e a tratti sgradevoli negli atteggiamenti. My experience is based on three massages given away through a Groupon. The first was performed by a girl who thought of doing it with one hand (with the other she was intent on texting or doing who knows what) "only behind because you are in bad shape, next time we will continue in front"; the second was lost despite having asked how late I could be (due to the unavailable parking) they decided to be so courteous and tell me "it's late or do 10 minutes or you lose it"; the third was performed by a very nice and polite girl, who I don't think has anything to do with the ladies of the reception who when I arrived they looked at me as if I was a crazy person claiming to be "Scioccobasite". Why? Because I entered the center, after obviously saying goodbye, sitting down as the ladies were all smoking together in front of the entrance, obviously without a mask, causing a stench of smoke to infest the entire center. Save your money, they are unprofessional and sometimes unpleasant in their attitudes.

Non mi sono sentita cliente di serie B, assolutamente e non riesco a capire tutte le recensioni negative. Comunque ho acquistato altri pacchetti, sia viso che massaggi corpo e devo dire che mi sto trovando benissimo! Brava Claudia, Inna e Azzurra.. e dolcissime e simpaticissime Ludovica e Fiorella. Una bella scoperta al centro di Roma!

They don't clean the instruments, use the same for every client, do the work not attentive and very not accurate! They use the same towels for massage for every client as well!!! The girls every time distract and it seems they want to finish as soon as possible to go to smoke. No education at all!
